Villa Laetitia - contemporary and bright villa in beautiful Istria by MyWaycation

Tucked away from crowded tourist destinations yet close to beaches and conveniences, Villa Laetitia provides a perfect refuge for a relaxing summer holiday. Sprawled on over 600 m² a specious outdoor area contributes with a lush green garden, a pool and sun loungers, comfortable covered lounge seating and an outdoor dining area with authentic barbecue facilities. The comfortable and inviting interior is modern with comfortable furnishings and wood floors, clean walls and a bright, spacious rooms. The ground level consists of a fully equipped contemporary kitchen, dining room, a sofa lounge with a flatscreen TV and one of the bedrooms with a bathroom plus a separate toilet, all with access to the terrace. The remaining three bedrooms, each with a flat screen TV, are on the upper level with additional two bathrooms.
In a total of four bedrooms eight adult guests are comfortably accommodated. One of the bedrooms has a sleeper sofa where two more guests could be accommodated if necessary.
The beating heart of Croatia, extremely rich in history standing proof to occupation by multiple powers, Istria is the most multicultural region of the country with preserved Roman ruins, medieval coastal towns, excellent cuisine, superb beaches, crystal clear water, its own dialect and hospitable hosts. The mountainous center of the peninsula is home to charming villages, producing their own olive oil and delicious wine and if you find yourself here in late summer to early fall be sure to attend a truffle festival offering exquisite truffles in every way known to the gastronomic world.
