At the gates of the Basque country and ideally located 100 m from the wild and guarded beaches, 300 m from restaurants and shops, enjoy the calm of a residential area.
Our villa welcomes you in a flowery, tree-filled setting where calm and tranquility reigns around a hammock, barbecue, plancha and relaxation lounge. The "Gariotte" near the barbecue will welcome you outside for your meals in the "moonlight" while protecting you from the sun or the coolness of the night.

Indoors you will find:
 A sleeping area totally renovated and decorated with care. One of the bedrooms has a Queen size bed, fitted wardrobes and TV. The other is equipped with a 140 bed, a TV and a water point. A bathroom will welcome you with an XXL double mixer basin and a walk-in shower in polished concrete.
The Day part consists of a comfortable kitchen (dishwasher, multifunction microwave, fridge-freezer, filter coffee maker and Tassimo *, toaster, teapot, etc.) separated by a bar overlooking a living room with TV. 107 cm TNT dish. A channel plus decoder is available (carry your membership card !!!), Blu-ray player and Hifi speaker connected. A Clic clac sofa can accommodate two additional beds.
The large fenced park can be used to "pitch the tent" to give independence to your children.
If you need peace and quiet, put down vehicles and luggage and enjoy walking the joys of the beach, restaurants and shops in the immediate vicinity of the house.

Labenne Océan offers many activities for the whole family:
Beach over 3 km extending from Capbreton to the gates of Bayonne. Surf school, tree climbing. "Aquaticlandes" park with slide and wave pool, zoo, bike rental, reptilarium, monkey forests, nature reserve of the Orx marsh will delight young and old.
For your well-being, 500 m on foot from the house, the aesthetic and balneotherapy center "Dune and Water" will allow you to recharge your batteries in the Spa, sauna, hammam and others. Many paths and cycle paths are accessible to all.
Near Labenne, you will find Hossegor "La petite Croisette de l'Atlantique", the small port of Capbreton and about fifteen KM, Bayonne, Biarritz before entering the Basque country or the cities of Espelette, ST Jean pig's foot… you will see yourself stop before the border with Spain.
