We welcome you to our brand new family home. Located 2.7 km from the beach and a 9-minute bike ride from the fabulous La Teste market, it's perfect for relaxing or enjoying activities like cycling, water sports, or even strolling along the coastal paths. Close to the Dune du Pyla, our villa offers four bedrooms, including a master suite with a dressing room, toilet, shower, bathtub, and bathroom, and a heated swimming pool from June to September. You will discover:

- A master suite of approximately 38 m² with a king-size bed (180x200), including a toilet, an open bathroom with a double shower and bathtub, and a dressing room.

- A bedroom with a 140x200 bed
- A bedroom with a 160x200 bed
- A bedroom with a 160x200 bed

It is also possible to rent an adjoining studio with a 160x200 bed, a 140x200 sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom open to the living area, and a separate toilet. The studio is attached to the house and can be rented to other guests at the same time as your stay. The space is independent, with only the parking space shared.
Guest Access
You will have access to two columns in the property's three dressing rooms (Master Suite Dressing Room, Entrance Dressing Room, Right Wing Dressing Room).
Other Notes
The house has a mezzanine, which is not currently accessible and is not included in the space. It is strictly forbidden to climb it (there are no stairs).

In the living room, you will discover an area reserved for a future Japanese-style pond. Although it is not yet in operation and there is no water, care should be taken with young children.

It is also possible to rent an adjoining studio, equipped with:

The studio, attached to the house, can be rented simultaneously to vacationers. The space is completely independent, except for the shared parking.
