About 15 minutes to Old Town La Quinta and the Coachella and Stagecoach festival grounds, and 15 to 20 to El Paseo, with world-class golf all around.



This home is built for groups who want room to spread out inside and a backyard that feels like a private resort.



The backyard is the star: a kidney-shaped private saltwater pool (3 to 8 ft deep) - gentler on skin and eyes than a traditional chlorine pool - with a sun deck and loungers, a separate hot tub right beside it, and a green lawn with room for the kids to play. Gather around the gas fire pit for s'mores on starry desert nights, fire up the propane BBQ, dine under the pergola with pool views, or unwind in the covered lounge and the secluded garden seating nook. Ping-pong and lawn games are right there too.

Primary Bedroom: King bed, Smart TV, ceiling fan, and sliding doors to the backyard, with an en-suite full bathroom (double vanity and walk-in shower)

Living room: Open-concept with vaulted ceilings, a comfy sectional, a natural-gas fireplace, a Smart TV with streaming apps and cable, and direct patio access.

Game room: Pool table, poker table, a classic arcade machine, an Xbox gaming console, a retro record player, giant checkers, plus board games (Scrabble, Jenga and more), card games, and puzzles for family nights.

Bathrooms: Three full baths - the primary en-suite, Bathroom 2 with a glass walk-in shower, and Bathroom 3 with a tub/shower combo.

Kitchen: Fully equipped, with a gas range and oven, microwave, dishwasher, island with breakfast bar seating, a Keurig plus a drip coffee maker, blender, kettle, and cookware.

Dining: A dining table for eight with a view of the fireplace, plus a cozy dining nook.

Laundry: Full-size washer and dryer. Pool towels are provided.

Traveling with little ones? A Pack 'n Play crib and extra bedding are available.

Guest Access:

You have full, private use of the entire home, backyard, saltwater pool, and hot tub - nothing is shared. Parking is available for two small vehicles in the garage, two in the driveway, and two more on the street (no RVs or campers, please).



Just a heads-up: our landscaping and pool service teams visit weekly and may pass through the backyard during your stay.



The Neighborhood:

You're on a quiet residential street in La Quinta, surrounded by the Santa Rosa Mountains and some of the Coachella Valley's best golf.



Coachella and Stagecoach festival grounds are about a 15-minute drive.



Old Town La Quinta's restaurants, shops, and coffee spots, El Paseo's shopping and dining in Palm Desert, and famous courses like PGA West and La Quinta Resort are all within easy reach.



New in the valley: DSRT Surf, a brand-new surf lagoon in Palm Desert, is about 15 minutes from the house, next to Desert Willow Golf Resort. Sessions range from easy longboarding for first-timers to pro-level barrels, with board rentals on site. Catch a wave in the middle of the desert!



Joshua Tree National Park is a scenic 1-hour drive - a perfect day trip.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended for exploring the wider valley. Palm Springs International Airport (PSP) is about 35 minutes away. Ride-share services are readily available throughout La Quinta.

Please note that we require all guests to sign a liability waiver to stay in the home. This is a requirement of our insurance provider.



★ Does the property have a private pool or spa? ★

Yes - the private saltwater pool and hot tub are yours exclusively. The hot tub is kept at a soothing 102°F, and pool heating is available for an additional $60 per day.



★ Is the property pet-friendly? ★

Yes - small and medium pets are allowed for a $150 pet fee! We just ask that you pick up after them and keep them off the furniture.



★ Are there any noise restrictions or quiet hours? ★

Yes - quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am, and outdoor music is not permitted at any time. The city has strict ordinances around loud music, voices, and amplified speakers, with fines of $1,000+ issued to guests for violations.



★ Are there any restrictions on the number of guests or visitors? ★

Yes - we cannot have more people staying than the number posted on the listing. Parties and events are strictly prohibited, children must always be accompanied by an adult in the pool area, and no glass is allowed near the pool or spa (plastic cups are provided). Please report any damages that occur during your stay.



★ Is this a good property for events or celebrations? ★

No. This is a residential neighborhood and parties and events are strictly prohibited. Guests looking for a peaceful, relaxing stay will love the home and the neighborhood.



PET-FRIENDLY: This home is pet-friendly! Small and medium pets are allowed, with a $150 pet fee.



NON-SMOKING POLICY: This is a strictly non-smoking property. Smoking and drugs are not permitted anywhere inside the property or on the premises, including the backyard and outdoor areas. A $1,000 fine applies for violations.
