'Beautiful property. The house is very clean and roomy. Peaceful private back yard. The layout was fantastic. Our older teens were able to enjoy the downstairs area which was like having their own apartment with restrooms and a living room. We received constant communication from the resort. We loved being able to access the Cove and use the shuttle to get around. There were also items that were provided that helped such as shower kits and laundry soap. The garage also has a ping pong table and...

'Ron was easy to work with. Check-in and communication was a breeze throughout our stay. Phenomenal proximity to the Village and second-to-none amenities. Super clean and our family of 6 was very comfortable in this house. Would highly recommend staying here. You won’t be disappointed.'

'Everything was amazing! Location is beautiful and we had great time. The house has everything that is needed. Rode bikes down to river walk, sat on back patio to watch deer, or simply relaxing and playing cards. Other half appreciated all the golf! '

'Lovely unit and it had A/C!! Well stocked, clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay!'

'First off, Rod the host was amazing to work with. We had a couple simple questions and he responded in a timely manner. The location was great. You could sit on the patio and people watch or have great conversations with your guests. My teenage daughter and her friends took advantage of the bikes provided with the house and the SHARC passes were an added bonus. There was plenty of space and the king beds were comfy. The large TV in the family room was great as we spent a lot of time in there...

'We enjoyed our stay from beginning to end. I had a need to contact our host, who took my call and could not have been kinder or more helpful and proactive. The home was immaculate, well stocked with everything, beds were super comfortable and lots of games and towels and things for the kids to do. People have commented about the train, we didn't mind and actually my kids came to enjoy the occasional trains going by. Never woke us or presented any issues. The home is on a quiet circle, easy to...

'We loved staying here! Location was great and we were able to enjoy the walking paths and local shops!'

'We enjoyed a family vacation at the Sunriver Luxury Family Home at Caldera Springs. What a wonderful experience. The home was well stocked, clean, even had spices, cooking oil, olive oil and necessities, like soaps, laundry detergent and even large soap dispensers in each shower. I was very impressed as many VBROs are sorely lacking that way. We restocked things as needed and left those things there to pay it forward. The hot tub was wonderful, nice back porch with comfortable furniture. ...
