'The property was perfectly located and filled with all the amenities and conveniences needed for an amazing vacation! We felt safe walking around and we used the bikes provided for a beautiful ride around the bayKevin was very responsive and we will definitely come back here on our next trip to San Diego!'

'Really nice place and location. Rental is well done and kept very nice. Only negative to be aware of is that parking is shared with other units so parking in front of the rental is not always available. But we never had too much trouble finding parking on the street nearby.'

'The check-in process was easy, with clear directions. The location was central to everything I wanted to do and more. This is a one stop shop for a vacation because everything is within walking distance. The parking is off site at a parking structure, but was also close by. I would say this place is comparable to a Jr suit in a hotel, but with more privacy. I enjoyed spending my birthday/mother's day here!'

'There was no air conditioning and the property is directly across from a noisy bar, so you can choose to have all the windows closed and be hot or open the windows and be unable to sleep. The beds were futons with no sheets. The kitchen table and chairs were patio furniture. The sense of the place is the host putting in the bare minimum effort. It was a very disappointing experience and I recommend people instead stay at one of the many other places in the area.'

'The condo was very nice and extremely close to the beach. We really enjoyed having 3 nice, updated bathrooms and 3 bedroom. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed. I liked having assigned gated parking, since parking is difficult in the area. I would stay there again! '

'Amazing stay and the most lovely and accommodating host!! The location could not be more perfect and the views are insane! We loved having our coffee on the patio in the morning and also watching the sunset over the ocean with a glass of wine. Our three kids (7, 5 and 3) had the best time playing the games in the condo. The primary bed was so comfortable and we loved having a bathtub to bathe kiddos after a day of walking to and from the beach. The kitchen is fully equipped and we so appreciated...
