Ideally located, this charming Baule house dating from 1870, completely renovated in 2022, will be a perfect place for your holidays with family or friends. Put down your suitcases and your vehicle (if you come by train the train station is 300 meters away) and discover La Baule: its beach (400 meters away), its market, its shops and restaurants (300 meters away).
The house is a family residence that combines the charm of the old and the functionality of its modern equipment. It awaits you for a wonderful stay.
The house has a terrace with a dining area, a plancha and also a lounge area at the back of the house. A 2nd smaller terrace is also present at the front of the house, ideal for an aperitif.
Inside, the fully open living space between the kitchen and the living room offers all the necessary equipment for your well-being. The modern and qualitative kitchen is equipped with induction hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, filter and espresso coffee maker, toaster, kettle.
The cosy living room offers a TV, and the house is equipped with fibre (wifi connection).
At your disposal also a washing machine, a dryer as well as an iron and ironing board.
The house has 3 toilets and 2 bathrooms, including a bath and a shower; both have hairdryers.
On the first floor, a parental area welcomes you with a small living room equipped with a sofa bed to accommodate a 7th person, a large master bedroom with dressing room and its bathroom (separate toilet).
On the second floor, 2 bedrooms, a shower room and toilets are at your disposal.
Linen is provided.

This family home is an ideal place to meet up with friends or family. You will appreciate its warm interior and its choice facilities. Its atypical spaces will seduce you as well as the possibility of enjoying a stay "all on foot".
