'The rooms are huge and the view amazing. The beach is not that nice as the one of the hotel nearby. In July the place was full of families with toddlers. What ruined the experience for us was the plethora of rules and restrictions eg around use of the pool, which made it very hard to relax. Also, you needed to present a voucher for almost anything like comfortable beds at the pool. The extra costs for the pool beds and other services in the hotel were ridiculously high. 'Very friendly and helpful staff. Many options for food and drinks. Clean, comfortable, spacious rooms with amazing views. A little out of the way but the city buses pick up there. Would stay here again.'

'Good sized rooms with a lot of room and property amenities. Unfortunately we didn't have time to use everything! The parking was a bit tricky but the staff were helpful in helping out. Pretty close to Beppu station as well. '

'I ended up with a sinus infection the day we arrived. After a horrible fever and 24 hours of worrying i would need to end my trip early, i decided to request assistance from the front desk in making an appointment with the local hospital. After not being avle to get a taxi the Vice Manager of the hotel drove me in his personal vehicle and waited 45 minutes when the Dr came out. Amazing service. The hotel was also very clean and food was always incredible. '
