'We enjoyed our stay but they got our booking wrong and there was a double bed instead of 2 x singles, they then moved us to another room advising that it had 2 x single beds only for this room to also have a double bed. Overall, a pleasant and peaceful location but front desk receptionist needs some training on what the different rooms contain. '

'Unfortunately the renovation spoilt our stay. It clearly stated on the web site renovations were completed. It indicates wifi available in rooms...it was not. When we asked the receptionist she was surprised and said she would send someone to sort it out. My husband had a conference call at 1am....never got assistance. The door to cabin didn't fit the frame. Bathrooms desperate for up grade. Staff in dining room great and food was very nice. Guide Lucky very friendly. Would we go back...not...

'Friendly and helpful staff. We stayed for 1 night. The major draw back is the location : very remote in the middle of nowhere. No TV and no WiFi. Only suitable for people who seek to “ be away from it all”!'

'Leadwood cottages at Tala are fantastic. The cottages are huge with an incredible open plan design leading directly into nature. They are also extremely private. Everything was clean and well presented. The wildlife sightings were amazing, with minimal effort.'
