This modernly equipped, 109 m² single-story kelo-log villa is located right next to Ruka centre. Built in 1989 and fully renovated in 2019, the villa is an excellent choice for a single family, but also very comfortable for a larger group. Pets are warmly welcome!

Living room and open kitchen: The spacious living room features a large, atmospheric natural stone fireplace and comfortable entertainment options (TV, DVD/CD player, radio, and Wi-Fi). Air conditioning and a heat pump ensure a perfect indoor temperature all year round. The spacious, fully equipped open kitchen includes an electric stove, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and tableware for 10 people. An iron, hairdryer, and vacuum cleaner are also provided.

Bedrooms: The villa has three separate bedrooms and a sleeping loft, offering beds for up to 10 guests. The first bedroom has a wide bunk bed (max width 120 cm). The second bedroom features a double bed, and the third has two bunk beds. The sleeping loft includes two thick mattresses. A baby cot is available for rent upon request.

Bathroom and sauna: The spacious dressing room, washroom, and sauna area include a shower, two toilets, a washing machine, and a drying cabinet for outdoor clothes. The dressing room leads directly to an atmospheric electric sauna
