« The hotel is well maintained. The rooms are big and comfortable although I would prefer a queen size bed to two small ones put together. The bathroom was spacious with hot water running so that was good. The restaurant is a bit small but with fantastic food and service. Esther the front desk officer was very helpful. She is great. She ensured we had all we needed to make our stay very comfortable after our long trip from Tamale to Kumasi. »

« The apartment itself is nice, but several operational issues made the stay frustrating. The bathroom had extremely dim lighting and water leaked onto the floor after every shower, creating a safety hazard. I reported this on day one, but it took three days to be moved—only to a room with the same problem. There was no Wi-Fi for three days.
