Our beautiful 3-room holiday apartment "Spatzennest" is located on the top floor of the house, where you can enjoy the view from the balcony.
Thanks to its excellent location in Kühlungsborn-West, you'll find everything you need for a wonderful vacation in the immediate vicinity: the long sandy beach, the promenade, numerous restaurants and bars, the concert garden, the city forest, and many other places for various activities. This means you can even leave your car parked for a few days.
The Accommodation
With one bedroom with a double bed (180x200) and a second bedroom with two single beds (80x200), the apartment is ideal for families with two children. An extra bed can be added on the sofa bed.
Two balconies facing the southwest and east invite you to linger. A fully equipped bathroom with a walk-in shower and a washing machine, including a separate guest toilet, offers additional comfort.
The kitchen, which opens onto one of the balconies, features a seating area where you can enjoy a cozy meal together.

Bed linen (€20.00 per guest) and towels (€10.00 per guest) can be booked upon request.
