'2 day's spend in heaven! Due our trip around bali we've spend the night in this small resort just to relax for a moment. The hotel is just like the photo's or better say, even better! Beside that the service was personal and excellent! I love the kindness and the passion the staff had for there job and guests. I've also booked the massage at the resort because the flight and miles of traveling did'nt do any good to my back, But after 1 hour i was reborn! (Thank u Awi!) The manager was checking...

'The property itself is amazing , note the wellness, gym and suana are all separately paid for and not included in the nightly cost. When I arrived the room had a broken curtain rod and ac not working. Just did not feel homey compared to the other resorts for that price. Also the vibe in the place is filled with security personnel breathing down your neck. Doesn’t feel welcoming at all. I loved the suana and wellness part but hated staying at the premises itself. 'My family had a fantastic stay here. The place itself is wonderful, set in a beautiful traditional Balinese family complex, and the villa area is spacious, quiet and private. The kids loved the pool and really appreciated the supplied floaty toys. 'Nieuw, net en schoon ruim hotel/ bungalow c.q villa's. Zeer rustig gelegen. Echter absoluut niet geschikt voor minder valide vanwege enorm veel trappen! Kwaliteit van het eten/keuken zeer matig. Bediening zeer slecht in talen. Slechts een medewerkster sprak redelijk Engels. Wat betreft omgeving ligt Ubud Heaven Sayan niet direct met zicht op de sawa's. Daarvoor moet je je verplaatsen in de omgeving. Shuttle Service naar Ubud centrum( zeer hectisch en super druk ) is slechts 2 maal per dag heen...
