L'hôtel est très bien situé. Il est à 10 minutes à pieds des tours jumelles et 3 minutes d'une station de motorail. La chambre est très propre et bien équipée. Le personnel est professionnel qui fait en sorte que notre séjour soit vraiment agréable.

Très bel hôtel, personnel aux petits soins. Petit déjeuner très bon, belle chambre. Le seul bémol c’est son éloignement de Pavilion (centre ville de kuala), il est proche des tour pétronas et d’une bouche de métro (très pratique)

Voyage en famille avec les enfants.
Un beau hôtel qui mérite ses 5 étoiles. Nous avons eu un séjour très agréable. La seule chose à moins apprécier était la piscine. L'eau était trop froide et il y avait la fumée et l'odeur très fort de gasoil qui venait de l'extérieur tout proche de la piscine. Dommage que leur piscine ne soit pas un coin de repo dans une ville comme Kualalumpur !

Hôtel parfait. Personnel charmant. Le restaurant japonais et la brasserie sont très agréables. Petit-déjeuner remarquable. Facilement accessible en taxi aux différents points d intérêt de KL. Piscine très relaxante. A recommander fortement.

We booked two rooms with two beds and they don’t have it. Key cards were not working . Staff was not trained properly.

Hotel is close to many shopping malls but its service staffs are not sensitive to my hint when i was telling her it was my birthday yesterday. Sure, offering a cake should not be a given but being a 5 star should at least offer something else, a card, etc.

KLIA早朝着だったので、チェックインまでの時間をどうしようかと思っていましたが、ホテルに荷物を預けに行くと、「部屋の準備ができているのでアーリーチェックインできますよ」とのこと、本当に有り難かったです。おかげさまで深夜便の飛行機の疲れを取ることができました。 朝食ビュッフェも種類豊富で最高でした！

I had a three-day stay that was absolutely delightful. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was excellent, and the location was peaceful and close to the Twin Towers. The highlight was Uncle Farah's kindness, making it a joyous experience for my son to feed the fish and turtles. It was a wonderful and memorable stay overall.

The exercise machines are not well maintained. Bicycles were not in working order. Exercise mats were dirty and disgusting. Pool guys was working during regular hours, I was told to keep my feet off the lounge chair very impolitely as well.
