'Mooie locatie, wel wat afgelegen dus als je verder wilt komen dan Chania is het aan te raden om een auto te huren. Personeel heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam, op de receptionisten na,wat een arrogante /onvriendelijke houding hebben die zeg. Eten goed verzorgd,kamers worden goed verschoond dus al met al een heerlijk verblijf gehad.'

'Wir waren vom 31.08. bis 07.09 in diesem tollen Hotel. Von Anfang bis Ende ein super Erlebnis. Das gesamte Team war super nett und sehr professionell !! Allen voran Dimitri vom Concierge Team. Aber auch das restliche Personal könnte nicht besser sein. Wir hatten öfter mal Probleme mit unserem Zugang zu unserem Zimmer 204 (the one with the door )aber das wude zum Schluss ein running gag mit dem Empfangs Team. Danke auch dem Küchen und Bar Team für den tollen Service und wir werden dieses schöne...

'We were here for two weeks on our honeymoon. Clean and beautiful hotel. Excellent staff that truly cares about our experience. They are always looking to serve and help. They have a private beach directly connected to the hotel, together with two bigger pools. There is an abundance of lounge beds and parasols at both the beach and the pools. Cleaning crew changes the towels and clean the rooms up to 3 times a day! This is a calm and luxury hotel, so animation is limited to some sport activities...

'Beautiful resort right on a gorgeous beach. Food was excellent, especially at the Greek à la Carte. Giorgos (king of Crete) and Ioannis were the best. Very personable, funny, and full of great travel tips. We would come back for them alone. House keeping was a bit inconsistent, but not a big deal. Would like to see more authentic Greek food on buffet. The items are there, but are somewhat Americanized. Overall though, we loved the food. Hope to come back next year.'

'Wow, wow wow... We booked Uzenie wondering if the rave reviews were too good to be true. There are not. The hotel is exceptional - we have stayed in many places all over the world and Uzenie is genuinely the best. What makes it so fantastic are the amazing staff - their attitude and attention to detail was exemplary. They really go out of their way to be helpful - a few examples: my husband had some important work calls but the rooms are not set up with desks but one of the managers gave up...

'We had a short holiday, 5 nights and 6 days. The neigboorhood is very quiet, but some evenings the other guests in the hotel were very loud. That was unpleasant. The hotel is build upon a hill, but they drive you with a minivan to the beach and back. Very relaxing! If you want to walk it's also no problem because they have build a bridge with stairs so it is not that steep and very good to do. Personnaly I would give it a 4-star rating, not 5 stars but afterall our stay was very good.'
