On the ground floor, the living room is elegantly appointed and opens directly onto a terrace, offering a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor living. Adjacent to the living room, the fully equipped kitchen features a dining table and is complemented by a shower/WC on the same level.

The upper floor hosts 2 bedrooms, each with its own private shower/WC, satellite TV, and air conditioning. The first of these rooms is furnished with 1 double bed composed of 2 single mattresses measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The second room features 1 french bed measuring 190 cm in width and 200 cm in length, also with a private shower/WC, satellite TV, and air conditioning.

The top floor is home to the third bedroom, which is distinguished by its sloping ceilings and furnished with 1 double bed composed of 2 mattresses each measuring 80 cm in width and 200 cm in length. This room also benefits from its own private shower/WC, satellite TV, and air conditioning.
