Villa ZaVaLa with private pool

If you are looking for a peaceful holiday to completely recharge your batteries, Villa​ZaVaLa is the perfect choice for you. Villa ZaVaLa is situated in the small, quiet village Brzac​on Island Krk. It is located in the periphery of the village, offering a lot of privacy and quiet​moments. Villa has been completely renewed, and with four double bedrooms and four​bathrooms can accommodate eight guests.
The heart of the house is an open space area comprising kitchen, dining area for eight people​and living room. Kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances you need to prepare​delicious meals. From the living area, furnished with a large sofa and big flat screen TV, there​is glass door access to a part of the terrace with a coffee table and two chairs perfect for your​ first morning coffee. Main outside terrace can be accessed through the summer kitchen indoor grill area we nicknamed Barcelona - a story we can share with you upon your visit.​Barcelona, with a bar and highchairs is a perfect place for indoor socializing.
On the ground floor there are also two double bedrooms and two bathrooms. Both bedrooms​are spacious and offer queen sized bed (160X200 cm), night stands, clothes rack, chest of​drawers with drawers desk and wardrobe. Both bedrooms are equipped with air-conditioning. Both bathrooms are with toilets, shower cabins, and hair dryers. 
​The first floor offers additional two spacious double bedrooms with on-suite bathrooms, both​with adjacent living areas and balconies offering couples a more secluded area to relax. Both​bedrooms have a queen sized bed (160X200 cm), night stands, chest of drawers and wardrobes​with a safe-deposit box, while both living rooms are equipped with flat screen TV and air-conditioning. In the landing there is a small gym area with cross trainer and weights.
The main feature of the property is a plentiful outdoor space to enjoy during warm summer​months. Apart from the large terrace with a dining table for eight people there is also outdoor​grill area in the green part of the garden. In front of the terrace there is a large pool area, where​you can cool inside the pool (size 7 x 4 meters) or simply soak in the sun on one of the sun​loungers next to the pool surrounded by a delightfully designed Mediterranean style garden. We​have also catered for our young visitors offering a trampoline and a playhouse with a slide.
Villa ZaVaLa is equipped with 4 air conditioners and offers Wi-Fi connection all-around the​house as well as outside pool area. There is a parking space for several cars that can be safely​parked behind on the property behind the electric gate.
The city of Krk and beautiful beaches are within reach (14 Km). The island of Krk is very​well connected to both the mainland and nearby islands. To visit the islands Cres and Rab,​you only need a short drive to the ferry port in Valbiska bay. ​Krk offers various activities such as swimming, diving, cycling, walking, kayaking, wine​tours and much more to discover and explore.
