Unit Layout
You will be staying in a 4-room semi-detached house that spans 140 square meters and has a south-facing position. The house features a bright, comfortable, and tastefully furnished interior with an entrance hall, a living/dining room with an open-hearth fireplace and satellite TV (flat screen), and an exit leading to a balcony. The open kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, and Capsules for a coffee machine (Nespresso) extra. There is a separate WC on the same level. On the lower ground floor, you will find 1 double bedroom and another double bedroom with an exit to the garden and terrace. This level also includes a bath/shower, separate WC, double hand-basin, and a sauna. The top floor features an open large gallery with sloping ceilings and 2 beds (100 cm, length 200 cm), as well as a large balcony and terrace.

The vacation rental comes equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, fireplace, satellite TV, heating, microwave, and television. It can accommodate a maximum of 6 guests and offers 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.
