Immaculate, Luxury Apartment With Spectacular Views Over Kotor Bay

This beautifully appointed, new apartment is located in the village of Muo, a leisurely 15 minute stroll to the World Heritage listed, medieval, walled town of Kotor with its variety of cafes, restaurants, museums and shops. The property has 2 balconies overlooking the bay, air conditioning, satellite TV, fully integrated kitchen with top of the range appliances including a dishwasher a large bedroom with fitted wardrobes plus an allocated space in the private car park. A utility room houses the washing machine. The apartment is ideal for lazy days relaxing by the pool ( open May to October) or as a base for an activity packed holiday. The village of Muo lies on the Bay of Kotor overlooking the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Kotor. The town combines old with new with cathedrals dating back to the 12th century next to modern boutiques. The marina is situated at the entrance to Kotor which is dominated by the Fort built high above the town. Climb to the top and you will be rewarded with magnificent views of the fjord and beyond.

Ruim appartement met een fijn balkon met uitzicht op de baai. Het is op loopafstand van het centrum in een veilige, stille buurt. Het appartement is wel wat gedateerd en het bed is heel hard. Het zou wel wat kleinde updates kunnen gebruiken.

We were lucky enough to spend 10 days at this beautiful apartment. It's in a modern building, which is well maintained and comes with an allocated parking space. The apartment is furnished to a high standard in a contemporary style. The apartment is very well equipped, so self-catering is easy, if that's your thing. The location is ideal, as you are out of the hustle and traffic noise of Kotor, yet it's only a 20 minute level stroll around the bay to get into Kotor old town. Possibly it's best asset is the spacious front balcony at the front, which offers stunning views across the bay to the old town, as well as down the bay, towards Perast, so we spent a great deal of time there in the evenings, watching the boats come and go. There is also a separate side balcony, which means you have somewhere to dry washing, without it cluttering up the main balcony. We did get to meet our hosts, as they followed us in, after we had moved on to Perast. They are lovely people, and the comms, from the moment we booked to when we left were excellent. We would have no hesitation in recommending the apartment, as it really did tick all our boxes (including value-for-money), hence the 5* review.

We enjoyed the spectacular day and night views from this well appointed apartment. We found communicating with Annie easy both prior to and during our stay and we appreciated her prompt replies to our queries. We did find the mattress quite hard but the apartment was very comfortable in all other aspects.

Beautifully appointed apartment with incredible views. Annie was so helpful, lots of communication and information about where to go and how to get around. Kotor is about a 15/20 minute mostly flat walk and we appreciated being able to walk there but stay outside the busy centre with a parking space and great swimming pool. Amazing view

We had a lovely stay in Muo, Kotor. The apartment had everything we needed. It was spacious and comfortable, and the terrace was fantastic. The views across the bay were fabulous, especially at night when it was all lit up. It was a short walk to the local bakery with delicious bread and cakes, and also takeaway pizza. And about a 30 minute walk into the town. It is an easy flat walk around the bay to the town, but the short road up the up to the apartment is quite steep, so may be a challenge to those with mobility issues. I would really recommend staying here and will happily return!

Amazing stay @ Annies Apartment

This was a surprise holiday for my Hubbys 60th. After booking Annie was so quick to respond to my emails and queries for information in the area suggestions for meals places to visit. The apartment has 2 great balconies with amazing jaw dropping views of Kotor, the old town & the whole beautiful bay. The pools a great size and we met lots of lovely people there. The bed is so comfy. The bathroom is modern & clean and a very well stocked kitchen. Its location is a short walk to the local bakery and the local well stocked small shops along the harbour. you could leave and turn left and walk the other way to a small supermarket and another village with pretty restaurants & lots of books and games. Theres the blue line bus that runs past the apartment to We had 5 days action packed! Boat trips / the cable car is an absolute must, just grab a cab / Paddle boarding with a guide / guided walking tour of the old town to learn the history. Do As little or as much as you want. I would definitely recommend this apartment for a great stay

Really nice apartment well located close to the edge of the Gulf of Kotor. Half an hour walk into Kotor. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The apartment is a few minutes walk from the gulf edge and there are lots of sunbathing\swimming places along the shaw within easy reach, but it is quite a steep slope back up.

Great place to enjoy Kotor

Had a lovely week at Anne and Guys place. Very clean apartment equipped with everything you need, and a fantastic view from the balcony. Anne was also very quick to respond to all my question and made sure we had every information we needed. Pool area was great and very close to the sea were you can swim. Old town Kotor was about a 15-20 minute walk away, but the road could get quite busy during high season. Overall, I would recommend this apartment if you looking for a great place to stay in Kotor.

Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, wir waren sehr froh! Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, der Kühlschrank ist sehr groß. Der Ausblick vom Balkon aus ist der Wahnsinn, man hat Blick auf die Altstadt und die Berge.

This was a beautiful place to stay. Sitting out on the patio looking across the bay at Kotor was awesome. The apartment had everything we needed to prepare a few meals when we were tired from touring around. Host made everything easy.
