'Great little friendly hotel in beautiful Ella. Walking distance to town, restaurants and pubs. The hill Is a little steep to walk but if you find it hard you can get a tuk tuk for a couple of dollars. The room was clean and tidy and had a nice balcony. Staff really helpful. Totally recommend.'

'A vista é a melhor. Dá para ver as colinas, a fonte e o trem a partir da varanda. A vista é panorâmica. O banheiro tem uma janela da qual você pode apreciar a paisagem pitoresca. As camas são confortáveis. A área de jantar é muito agradável — e também é possível admirar a vista desse espaço.'

'This hotel is unique because of the position in the jungle. No phone and internet available. Be aware to take enough cash with you for paying safaris and food/drinks, because they charge a extra fee for using your card due to the absince of internet connectoin with the bank. We recommanded the boatsafari, despite being quite expensive, it is worth every dollar. '

We kregen eerst een kamer die uitkeek over de vuilnisbakken en na klacht de volgende dag een betere kamer.De prijzen zijn aan de hoge kant. Heel sfeervol wel 's avonds een cocktail bij het knappend haardvuur in de bar. Nurawa Eliya heeft verder toeristisch ook weinig te bieden Hoogstens interessant voor 1 nacht als je het geld er voor over hebt Patricia'

'Avoid this hotel at all cost. Room is infested with insects, bed bugs and mosquitos. We spent 1 hour just killing insects and sanitising the room before we could unpack. stained bed sheet and hot shower only lasted less than 10 mins and next day still no hot water, electricity supply was on and off at night, the worst was that the hotel manager did not even respond to our messages. In the hall way along the staircase, it’s full of dead wasps lying around. Also we found hair in our dinner...

'we had a lovely time in Galway Heights. We really liked the location in a small rural road close to a hindu temple and small village and in the tea plantations. Breakfast was very nice, and the staff very attentive. The only grievance was the lack of elevator. We would definitely recommend this.'
