Another apartment Sunwell apartment II, Novalja, Gajac, Zrce is situated on the first floor of the villa, and it is possible to rent both apartments at the same time, if available. By booking both apartments, you get the villa which can accommodate 12 people.
Each apartment separately has a capacity of up to 6 people.

The first bedroom has a double bed (160x200 cm), a large closet, and a private exit on the terrace.
Second bedroom has two single beds (90x200cm), a large closet, and a view of the terrace and pool.
The living room has a couch with an integrated mattress (160x200 cm) for two more people. The living room leads on one side to the spacious dining room for 6 people and a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with a big shower, and toilet.
On the other side, it leads to the terrace.
The terrace has a hydromassage pool and bioclimatic pergola, a solar shower, a large lounge area equipped with a lounge set and loungers, and an outdoor dining area for 6 people. Terrace also has a large grill on wood and charcoal and an electric grill.
You will love the apartment because of the outdoor and indoor space, the neighborhood, the ambiance, and the people. The apartment is good for couples, families with kids, and big groups.
