« After a late arrival due to flight cancellation (5am), despite we informed the hotel who confirmed, nobody welcomed us and we have been waiting 2 hours. The boss of the hotel was having drinks outside and refused to come and give us the keys of our rooms that were paid 2 months in advance through Expedia. The guest house looked so dirty. After waiting 2 hours outside in the night we have been obliged to find another hotel. Sima hotel didnât reimburse us ( the boss was sleeping all day long...)....
