The Khmer and expats are moving out, about 75 percent of the population is chinese! The same goes for the hotel! Door de bouwwoede van de Chinezen in de regio van Sihanoukville wordt de omgeving buiten het hotel volledig verwoest maar het hotel zorgt ervoor dat je toch nog het cambodiaans gevoel krijgt. 'The lobby areas is big and spacious. What missing is a great center piece. If they have one would make the hotel even more luxurious. The room is spacious. Bathroom is great, clean and well kept. What missing is a mirror in the room. It has a small one next to the sitting area. Maybe some room decor would elevate the hotel reputation. Also the balcony is empty, no chairs or table. Some small furniture and a couple of plants would definitely enhances the room.'
