« This cottage was adorable and perfect for an overnight stay! It was spacious and clean! Great shower pressure and comfy bed! Had difficulties finding the cottage at night. Before getting to the large private drive, you will make an immediate left (it will look like you’re driving into someone’s driveway) but the cottage will be on the right! Already planning a trip back and WILL book this again! Brian was quick to respond and extremely easy to communicate with! :) »

« The property is absolutely amazing. So peaceful! We sat on the little patio and listened to nature both evenings. Even got to hear the donkeys nicker a couple times. We met the sweet gentleman that lives there and talked for few minutes. Was sure to let us know to call if we needed anything. BUT, this is the only time we saw anyone during our stay. Very private. We had everything we needed. Very roomy home. Close and easy 15 minute to where we were going in Knoxville. Would absolutely...

« House was as pictured. Cute little cottage on wooded property. Deck was comfortable to sit outside. Kathy was attentive to any questions. Check in and check out were both easy. Kathy was very accommodating! Would definitely stay again. »

« Rosey's Retreat was spectacular! Everything! The furnishings, decor, privacy, cleanliness; and all the little touches/amenities - from soaps to snacks and especially the farm fresh eggs. The guest book included dining recommendations and other things to see and enjoy in the area. TJ and Jackie were amazing hosts. We will absolutely be back!!! « This place was amazing. I was really close to restaurants and grocery stores so it was easy to pop out and get stuff. The house looked almost better than the pictures and the host was very responsive. I would highly recommend! »

« Pros.Close to everything in Pigeon Forge. Wifi and cable was Great. Showers were hot and had great water pressure. Staff was very nice and check-in was easy. The unit was clean and worked well for us and our 2 small dogs. The unit had a keurig coffee maker, and spices. The bed was comfortable. Price was good for this unit.Cons: Patio Door Blind could have worked better. « Property was exactly as advertised, new and clean. Beautiful mountain views and view of the city. We stayed for a wedding at the Trillium Wedding venue. It was perfect for us. Checkin was easy, we received all the information beforehand, I would recommend and stay again »
