'There are no grab bars in the bathroom and no anti slip strips on the bathtub. The maid forgot to leave a rubber mat in the bathroom. I didn't notice this prior to taking a bath so I fell getting out of the tub because I couldn't get any traction! I hit my head, hip and back. The card reader on the side door of the hotel wasn't working so someone was blocking the door open...

'It's a budget hotel so I didn't have super high expectations. The lady at the front Angela was about the only good thing about the place though. 'It’s about 2 steps above an hourly motel. Most of the occupants looked like individuals just getting by… with all their belongings in their vehicles and in front of the motel doors. I had to sign additional forms regarding deep fat fryers, cooking supplies, pets and daily inspections.
The room we stayed in was just renovated and was nice and comfortable but they were out of soap so they gave us shampoo to wash our hands.
They tried…and everything else was sold out in the area because of...

'Upon arriving the bedding was dirty, subfloor was giving out, we decided to go ahead and leave early from our planed stay they would not refund the full amount that was unused. When we went to leave in the morning there was no breakfast as advertised. Probably the worst day we’ve ever had.'
