However Two of the three rooms had stuffed drains in the bathrooms that caused flooding on the floor. The staff left the key for one of rooms that they had to rearrange to seperate beds upon arrival locked in another room causing the teens to have to wait along time
To get into their room. The service for towels and room arrangements was slow
And the bathrooms need maintenance and updates

Kamers goed in orde, maar matras bed echt niet. Was doorgezakt wat niet acceptabel is voor dit prijsniveau. Zelfs in heel goedkope hotels in Rwanda waren de matrassen beter.
Uitstekend ontbijt. Kwaliteit eten a la carte zou beter kunnen bij een hotel van dit niveau.'

'I cant express how amazing this property is! This resort is absolutely beautiful!! The interior decor of the hotel is designed perfectly. The views outside the property of the Congo and Lake Kivu is a showstopper! The food was so delicious and fulfilling. The service from staff was top notch! I highly recommend a stay at this property, it was really amazing!'

'Rooms without refrigerator (please buy in the restaurant as stiff prices). Bathroom has bath with included shower, but no shower curtain. Comfortable bed in a large bedroom. Furniture is strangely arranged and the lights are cold white. Breakfast is great, and make sure to order the omelette (it is not offered automatically). The location is a gem, next to the beautiful Nyungwe forest, only 20 min drive to the start of most forest hikes. Dinner is a buffet at extra charge.'
'Amazing hotel and extremely affordable. This for sure the very best location in Giseny. The hotel is directly at the lake. Walkable to the public beach and pretty much everywhere.
The breakfast was amaizng and all the staff memebers were very friendly anddemonstrated solid hospitality skills.
