'Ruime kamer met alle faciliteiten die nodig zijn om goed te rusten en bij te komen van de vakantie. Het is onwijs dichtbij bij de terminal dus geen gehaast om de vlucht te halen. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.'

'De kamer was riant en bood een prachtig uitzicht. Het was rustig en het bed was comfortabel.
Het ontbijt viel qua vers fruit nogal tegen en de pannenkoekjes waren niet erg smaakvol.'

'Newer hotel, definitely not a 5 star hotel in room, service and breakfast quality. Bathroom smaller than one in Holiday Inn Express. Although rooms were paid in advance at arrival a relative high amount of bail was asked for and the small amount of tourist tax had to be paid directly and could not be put on the bill at check out.
The architect who designed the room should be sent back to school, what a bunch of unpractical errors.

'The hotel is relatively near Kyoto Station (20min walk or 13min drive).
The rooms are clean, fairly spacious, and full of convenient amenities. In my room, there was a small desk, a futon bed, and a desk atop a tatami mat. Each bathroom includes a heated toilet, heated tub, and a shower. Room slippers are provided.
The staff were excellent. They were very helpful throughout, going above and beyond.
