'Staff was very friendly. Located in a kind of sketchy area, but right next to a McDonalds and gas station so food was convenient. Hotel was inexpensive and a good experience for the money.'

I am bilateral aka and I was out in a room that I could not access bathroom and front desk said there was nothing else available so I stayed 4 days without shower and had to go to Walmart for bathroom usage! 'paper thin walls, sketchy clientele'

'The carpet was dark and filthy. My socks were nasty when I took them off at night. I put down a white washcloth and just rubbed it on the carpet and it came up filthy. In addition, there was bad smells and I believe that was from the carpet also. There was a chair in the room that was filthy, I would not put anything on it or sit on it. However, the staff was very nice.'

'Everything was good. The reason I have a poor review for the amenities. Is because they pool wasn't working and the TV had connection restrictions on it. The only reason I booked was because of the pool. I recommend the Hoilday Inn express in Lancaster Ohio. My daughter's room was there. So much better for less a night.'
