The house was spacious with plenty of sleeping accommodations. Unfortunately no ice maker or coffee provided. Every VRBO Iā€™ve stayed in had k-cups. The sofa in the TV room was worn and stained, and the screened in patio was in need of power washing and cushion replacements for the sofa. The dock area is also in need of repair to make it an enjoyable spot. The neighborhood is quiet and the water view was nice,just needed some maintenance to make it more ideal for our party. On a large scale, the house is great for families, but the dock area was questionable.

The property was beautiful. The rooms were very large and we didnā€™t feel crowded at all. If we ever make it back to Texas we will definitely use this property again. P.s. It was so cool to see all of the deer so close to this home.

I booked this home for a nearby wedding my daughters and I addended. My daughters and I loved the home. The deck over the water was a great place to relax and enjoy the water activities. Just sad we didn't book for a longer stay. Parking was a little shy but sufficient for our 2 cars

We booked this location for a quick weekend getaway. It was clean, quiet, easy in and out. We added it to the list to bring the family back given its location on the water and available activities.

While the overall house itself was nice, comfortable, and furnished well, we had only luke warm to cold water for showers, and the floors were extremely dirty. The dock area, boat house, and yard needs attention. The grass was 4"-6" tall, sand covering the back stairs down to the lake, a lot of splintering and rot on the deck and boat house. There was no mention of the boat house/lift being too small for most of today's boats, as well as it was not told to us until we rented the unit that a boat could not be tied up to the dock for an extended time due to the rough nature of the river. We rented a house on the water so that we could keep our boat on the water for easy access while there for our stay. Having to trailer the boat back and forth to a ramp 15 mins away any time we wanted to use it was an extreme nuisance and should have been mentioned in the listing. While our overall stay was nice, I wouldn't recommend renting this house if you intend to bring a boat and use it consistently during your stay.

Great house/location. Plenty of beds and more important plenty of full bathrooms. 3 full. 1 half bath. No waiting in line for sure. House was great for a group of buddies that do an annual trip. Beds were good, kitchen was pretty good size. Some slight stains on the couches and a chair but nothing to keep us from coming back. House manager was great and quick in responding. Overall, would more than likely stay here again.

My family (husband + 3 kids, 10,12,14) had a wonderful stay. We spent the entire Saturday relaxing, swimming, and kayaking in the river. The house was perfect. We went shopping once for food and the house had everything we needed to cook and clean up. Communication with Vacasa was quick and easy. I wouldn't hesitate to rent from them again. Thank you for providing us with a great place to stay!

Comfortable cottage. Feels spacious. Inside is clean. (Itā€™s on the lake, so outside at the dock has the bugs and spiders that live at the lakeā€¦no bugs insidešŸ˜‡) The furniture is older and worn, but clean and comfortable which makes it comfortable so you donā€™t worry about using it. We fished at the dock..I caught my first CrappiešŸŸ. We grilled burgers and relaxed on the furnished patio in the evening. Really enjoyed this relaxing weekendā€¦ When we first arrived we had a power issue but the local manager(Pricilla) had someone there in minutes.We had to cut our stay short ā€¦due to family needs back home. the local management was easy to contact and very helpful. Recommend this cozy home. Only thing I can suggest is for the owners to have the dock area and boat area cleaned up a little better. But it was still nice to use.

My two sisters and I stayed here with our husbands. This property was an awesome fit for us. Inside was immaculate upon arrival. All appliances and air conditioners worked well. The outside areas needed some love. The chairs were dusty, the patios had not been swept and a dead shrub needed to be removed. After noting this on my check in notice, we received a call from the management with an apology and offer of a free last check out. When we needed more paper towels, they were delivered promptly. Vacasa management was awesome! Will stay at their properties any time!

The house was nice had all the things. Some spiders and bugs but I guess to be expected not sure. It could have been taken care of better on the outside - there was a trash can full of trash, beer cans in flower pots, broken chair, and the grass had not been mowed - bring it was a long 4th of July weekend we expected a well groomed property for the price. You could tell the difference in property management between this one and the one next door. Other than that it was decent and fine for the price. All had a good time.
