« This is a beautifully fresh and clean flat with parking at side or behind, its at the back but you can see the Eastry from the side lounge windows from the sofa, perfect for two to get away, it has a huge cupboard/wardrobe in the hall way to store all you need, ladies you may need to take a few of uour own hangers, but there is draw space in the bedroom, bed comfortable, kitchen has all you need, we ate out all the time, visit the (crabshell inn) across rd thenwalk along path away from town...

« We stayed here with 4 people for a week, one bedroom has the most amazing view of the sea and we spent so much time enjoying the view from the living room too. Well equipped kitchen in almost everything (we did need to buy sponge, washing detergent and shower gel/shampoo). Amazing walks nearby and great capability for kite and wind surfing nearby. Lovely walks along the beach and swimming capabilities just through the private access to the sea. »

« The appartment is very stylish and has everything you need and lot of things you can do at home. There are many DVDs, books and games. Our son and we enjoyed our stay very much. »

« Regular communication from the property manager in the lead up to our stay. Travel and property entry details were clear and helpful. The property itself was spotlessly clean; spacious and light; with a well equipped kitchen with all your homely facilities; had convenient dedicated parking; and perfectly located for access to the beautiful areas around South Hams, and of course Torcross with its 3 mile beach and picturesque surroundings. »

« We had a wonderful stay at this beautifully equipped apartment. It was certainly one of the best we have stayed in with a lovely sunny aspect over the estuary which kept the flat nice and warm. Everything appeared to have been thought of and we could find fault at all. Beautifully clean with beds/linen of high quality. Very spacious and very close to the centre of Kingsbridge. There is so much to do in the area whether walking, visiting beaches or travelling around. We highly recommend. »

« Lots of space and would have had ample bathrooms etc if shower had been working. All furniture, decor and equipment now looking tired... Might be better suited to families with young children who wouldn't want to feel so anxious about accidents etc »

« We had great time, nice spot. Here’s what needs sorting in flat; sofa bed is knackered and drops in middle where there’s no support. No cork screw. TV could be bigger and wasn’t connected to internet so limited viewing. »

« The property had everything we needed. The bed was comfy. It was a lovely quiet area and the large garden was good for the dogs, although we would normally choose somewhere that has private outside space. Overall we had a lovely week’s stay. »

« Gorgeous little place. Fabulous location for getting to Kingsbridge, Dartmouth, Slapton etc. immaculately clean & has everything you could need, fully integrated kitchen & modern bathroom. Bed is so comfy! Lovely lovely owners, go out of their way. Nice touches like a welcome basket with local produce. Lovely outdoor bit to sit in and BBQ. Would definitely stay again. Big thank you! »

« Great base for a stay in the region, right next to the beach with easy access and parking. Some fiddly things to improve with remote control batteries and the PlayStations didn’t work so well but overall a great stay and a very nice apartment »

« So close to the beach the flat was very convenient, it’s the first flat as you enter the complex so easy to unload your belongings. The kitchen equipment worked well, the bedrooms were small as was the on suite shower. Not luxurious in my opinion but comfortable, easy to walk to the local pub and the Stokeley farm shop is brilliant. »

« Not bad for the price. Torcross is an interesting and pleasant location. The apartment was more or less up to expectations. It was advertised as having two bathrooms and a terrace - neither of which was true. They might have been major issues, but fortunately not for us. The main niggles were filthy outside window surfaces and non-functioning extractor fan in the - only - bathroom. »

« This was our base for walking the last leg of the SW Coastal path from Dartmouth to Plymouth. It was perfect. Recommend the Hope and Anchor in Hope cove. Averil was a superb host. »

« Great place for the family, our 5-yr old loved the stairs and having his own bathroom! Nicely equipped kitchen, and room for the grandparents to visit. We even cooked, which we don't usually do on vacation! Enjoyed the games rooms and pool too. Only thing missing was a wood burning stove! Loved it, will definitely recommend it »
