'Quiet, lots of room, comfortable accommodations '

'The house looks very much as pictured. Asthetically pleasing to the eye from a distance. Up close we found writing on the walls, excessive scuffs, second hand furniture, dryer that took 2x runs to dry, broken dishwasher and busted bed in the master bedroom. We had problems with the thermostat being set on a program and it was 68 degrees. We like it 70-71. We could not override the program so the temp stayed cool. 'We enjoyed the vicinity to the Belmont square. The house was small, comfortable and had all necessary items for a long stay.'

'We visited the property for a family vacation. Check in was smooth and the property was quiet, clean and well-equipped. There was one small hiccup along the way. I chalk it up to the time of year, but there were some ants concentrated in the kitchen. I messaged the host and he sent additional bait traps and ensured that pest control came out the next day. I was pleased with the prompt response and the rest of the trip went off without a hitch.'

'Nice property. Very quiet with a nice location. I think we walked the nearby trails every night after dinner. Only minor downsides, the pool wasn't heated (or I couldn't figure it out, which is possible), property doesn't have a grill, and I would have loved if the fire pit was gas. Overall, I would stay here again. The place was very trendy and had plenty of entertainment options.'
