'The house was definitely large enough for our crowd of 16 - dishes plentiful except for baking sheets/bowls. The deck offered an amazing view of the lake and was the most popular location for the adults while the lower level with games held the kids' attention. The location of the house in the complex was ideal - just across the parking lot from large pool - used daily by our crowd. 2 ovens and 2 dishwashers were ideal. '

'This property was perfect for our mixed group of grandparents, adult children, 2 teens and an 8 yr old. The bedrooms each offered privacy and plenty of space to spread out. Our view of the lake from the deck was gorgeous! Hope to rent same unit next year. '

'We had a great family vacation at Carefree Bear Lodge! It was a nice relaxing spot to enjoy the stillness of nature and get to spend time as a family.'

'House is perfect for large group, had 15 total. Lots of space, just as pictured on website. Huge hot tub, putting green, tons of outdoor seating. Comfortable beds, great open kitchen and views from the decks were amazing. Highly recommend!! '

'Five stars seems too little for such an amazing place. Spacious in every sense and plenty of things for all ages to enjoy. The slide, climbing wall, rope ladder, trampoline and play room for the little ones. Ping pong table, pool table and plenty of comfortable places for conversation for the adults. The house is very clean and well stocked with supplies, paper towels, dish washer soap, hand soaps, trash bags everything you’d need. 3 washers and dryers let everyone keep up on their laundry....

'A quickly planned weekend at our favorite lake. 4 bedrooms for the seven of us worked nicely. Newly constructed stand alone condo with view of the cove at Aunts Creek. 15 minutes away from grocery store and Kimberling Marina where we keep our boat. Clean nicely appointed contemporary unit. They are building out this development with for sale units. I just might be interested!'

'Well maintain, quiet location. Home had everything you could need. Grocery and food locations close and lake marinas also close. Even caught a few bass from the private boat dock. Would recommend the host and the property.'

'Will book again! Excellent communication and support from property owner. Easy check in and check out. Location is perfect for the overall area and the wilderness lodge community as it is near the smaller pool making access to swimming 30 feet from the front door. And the view is on the bluff/lake side. There are lots of board games, a PS5!!!, large TVs, very comfy beds, showers a plenty, and electric hot water heater keeps everyone warm while large group getting ready for day or cleaning up...
