'Very quaint cottage in a peaceful setting. We loved seeing the farmer gather his cows each morning as well as enjoying the sounds of he birds by the feeder. Being so rural, it took a little drive to get to any major roadway, but we quickly figured out the best routes. The cottage had many nice little amenities such as instant coffee, tea, seasonings, even fries in the freezer. Owner was very responsive when we had a question and gave us suggestions of things to do and where to eat in the area....

'A delightful step back in time while having all the modern conveniences. Cottage was renovated beautifully with every attention to detail and in keeping with its old world charm. Sonia, the owner was very friendly and accommodating. My only regret is that we didn't have more time to really enjoy the cottage in the evenings around the fire. 'What a beautiful, private, comfortable peaceful and so many positive adjectives I could use to describe our stay. We went to bed with no siren and traffic sounds from the city and woke up with the songs of birds. Recommend this place for people who need a get away from the hustling of a busy life. The hostess was more than accommodating.'

'Excellent holliday home, with everything in it you could need, including washing machine and dryer. The location is remote (owner lives about 500m down the road), your neighbours are the cows in the fields adjacent to the home. If travelling with younger children be sure to take something with you for their (or your own) entertaiment. For us this is the best home we had so far.'

'A lovely hotel on a golf course,we were also lucky as when we stayed there was a horse race meeting right across the road from the hotel.The staff at the hotel were some of the most helpful and friendly staff I have come across,going that extra mile.The room was big and comfortable,the food was very tasty,breakfast and evening meal.'
