« Check in process was horrific. fine print the receipt claimed I was supposed to contact them 48’hours ahead so they could coordinate my check in. Who ever hears of such a thing, when they knew when I was checking in and all that was required is sending an email with the lock box key? Instead then on site manager never answered the phone when we arrived at 4 pm and after 2 hours we had to get a room elsewhere.
