A little piece of paradise

This property is wonderful Located on beautiful grounds Backing up to a forest and with fruit trees throughout. The beach is down a path across the street. All three bedrooms are very comfortable with remodeled bathrooms, the primary really amazing! The kitchen has been remodeled (along with the rest of the house) and has a great lanai adjacent, great for meals or relaxing. Our whole family really enjoyed the whole trip and especially the location of this property. We would love to come back in the future!

Beach access and snorkel heaven

North Shore - Kauai

We had a very nice time at Dave and Niki's place. The north shore of Kauai is different from other areas of Hawaii - it rains a lot, especially in winter, so it is very lush - which we really liked. It rained multiple times every day, so you learn to time your outings accordingly. Regarding the house, it is a very nice place. Very modern. If I were to build a house in Hawaii, I would take many design cues from this house.

Lovely home

We loved this house. It’s super clean, recently remodeled, a perfect 3 bedroom layout in a quiet neighborhood so close to the beach. You can hear the waves from every room. The beach path is right in front of the house and anini beach is so peaceful. Highly recommend this spot!

This home is unbelievably beautiful. I love it here. It is so welcoming, comfortable, sunny, bright and cheerful. Honest and pure good vibes here. Plenty of space to hang and still have privacy for a family of five (kids are now young adults!). Windows open everywhere with sheer white curtains flowing with the breeze. The house is so nice we actually remodeled our house to try to replicate the clean, open and fresh look. We cooked and baked together every night, and loved eating by candlelight in the breezy back porch, especially when it rained. The house is surrounded by beauty, every window is a work of art and nature, swaying trees, flowers, birds, clouds, sunsets. The best sunset you see is when you are relaxing in the deep soaking tub upstairs. The many fruit trees in the back yard are phenomenal- star fruit! I feel like the house is on the beach, you just have to cross the street and you are already on the short path to the most serene and stunning private beach on earth, it is particularly stunning at night when the water is calm and all of the stars in the world show up. A 15 minute star float is priceless. The resident turtle shows you what it’s like to be peaceful, calm, and relaxed - you know it has let a lot of things go in his lifetime and living just fine and happy without all that baggage. Lots of coral and tropical fish, you can snorkel and swim really far out there - it’s shallow all the way. You can be in that water all day, but put on suncreen!

Kauai kickoff to college

My family of 5 and my 80+ mom loved our visit to Anini beach and to Nicole's beautiful home. It was a perfect getaway before we sent two of our boys off to college. The quiet cove, warm water, fish full beach is just steps from the home and it was a treat to walk over and jump in after a day of adventuring. The home is equipped with everything one could need, plus the decor was lovely--love the Buddhas! My kids loved to play in the backyard, and I enjoyed reading in the hammock. Thank you for a great visit. We hope to come again.

2023 Family Vacation

This house was amazing! We booked this property as our Kauai timeshare was having the roof replaced and we didn't want to be bothered by the construction noise and debris. This was the best decision we could have made. This property was beautiful inside and out. The check in was easy, the owner was responsive, and with a semi secluded beach literally 100 Steps away how could you possibly have a bad time. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful House at Anini Beach

Our family had a lovely stay! Very quick walk across the street to Anini beach. AC upstairs was very helpful and we loved the screened in back porch. House had everything we needed for the beach and for meal prep. As a tip, if you like a dark bedroom while you sleep, pack an eye mask :). Thank you so much for hosting us in your beautiful home! We would love to stay here again.

I feel so grateful for our amazing stay in this beautiful place. Peaceful private area. Nicely updated home with generous space from neighbors. Morning coffee on the front porch listening to the birds. 100 steps from ultimate relaxation. Calm snorkeling, great for beginners. Afternoon naps in the hammock. Evening dinner on the back porch with a nice breeze. Nicki was incredibly kind, responsive and accomodating. If this home is available I'll come back every year. Mahalo!

Fantastic Location

Beautiful house very close to the beach! Loved sitting on the back and front porches with the Hawaiian Breeze. Would have liked a bit more information on recommendations on activities and where to eat and shop in the area. Be careful of the steps at night going up to the master bedroom and another set down to the living room. Really loved having the beach equipment and laundry handy.

Beautiful Home in Kauai.

We enjoyed our stay in Anini. The house is lovely clean and nicely decorated. It was nice that they provided snorkels, beach gear and towels. I also appreciated the extra kitchen condiments, soap, hair care products, cleaning and laundry supplies. Kauai is my favorite island and we loved staying in this beautiful house Thank you for a wonderful stay. Can’t wait to come back. .

Perfect little piece of paradise!

I honestly cannot think of one negative thing about this house. It is exactly as pictured. We stayed for 8 days. Entire house is perfectly clean. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking. We cooked every day and had everything we needed. The home owner was a text away and quickly responded to any questions we had. We walked down the short path to the quiet, beautiful beach many times a day. No crowds, and calm waters due to large reef offshore. This was nice because we were there in February and other beaches nearby were wild and too dangerous to swim or snorkel in. It’s a short drive to Hanalei and we went into town for dinners, groceries, snow cones, and shopping. There is a brand new bbq on the back deck that we grilled on and a large Lanai complete with sink and small fridge. The yard is beautiful and far enough away from other homes that you feel like you are staying in your own piece of Kauai. We would love to go back!

Perfect location

This property is exactly as described. Anini Beach was beyond our expectations. We enjoyed sunny afternoons, coffee with sunrise and stargazing. We could clearly see the Milky Way! It was just perfect.

Wonderful House

This is a beautiful house with a well-equipped kitchen. The snorkeling across the street is excellent out near the reef, which proved to be invaluable Christmas week, when waves were too severe to snorkel at Tunnels or Ke’e. Loved this house and location!

Anini beach paradise

The property was fantastic and as advertised. Having 3 suites was perfect for our group of 3 couples. The location was great being close to Anini beach to walk to, which is nice and calm making it relaxing any day and any time. The kitchen and appliances were nice to make any meals we wanted. We would definitely stay again!

Anini beach

Very nice property with higher-end appliances and furniture. All bedrooms have a king-size bed with a super comfortable mattress. The kitchen is modern open-concept. Ceiling fans in every room and common areas. AC (very effective mini-split) in the master bedroom upstairs. The yard has an outdoor shower and different fruit trees. The location is perfect, just 100 steps away from the famous Anini beach. The water is very calm and shallow perfect for little kids (we had two 4-year-olds). Go out a little farther from the shore and it becomes deeper with decent snorkeling. The host is great. Responses to inquiries within minutes and very accommodating.

Beautiful Home!!

This home is absolutely beautiful and we had a wonderful stay! Our family of six (mom, dad, two teenagers and two 9 year olds) stayed for five nights. It's in a perfect location. 15 minutes to Hanalei and 100 steps from Anini beach. Some of the things we enjoyed: drinking coffee on the porch every morning, playing ball in the spacious backyard, eating fruit from the trees, borrowing the snorkel/boggie boards/beach stuff, making dinner in the sunny kitchen and eating in the lanai, watching the sunrise and sunsets on Anini beach, watching the chickens roam around, etc. We made so many memories as a family --- truly a magical setting! It's noted that there is no AC on the main floor and the second floor (where the two bedrooms are located). We opened the windows and used the fans provided. My kids didn't mind the heat. But I was relieved to have AC overnight in the master bedroom which is located on the third level. Another thing to note: is the master doesn't have curtains. It wasn't an issue for us but wanted to point it out. All in all, it was a trip of a lifetime and we will forever remember staying in this lovely home. Thank you for sharing it with us! Mahalo!

Great place, great location

So much fun snorkeling and swimming with the turtles and so many colorful fish. We loved the fresh fruit in the back yard, wish we would have had fruit basket on a stick. The house was great and my grandson made friends with one of the chickens. 😂. We spent most of our time on the screened back deck and loved the bbq. House had everything we needed and more. The only suggestion I would offer would be to supply a non slip shower mat to the large master shower. It is huge and with soap on the tile it was a bit scary for 2 seniors in our 70+. We loved our week and will definitely be back. Great home
