« Great location, communicative managers, tools and main things that you need. Only 'issue' that is kind of to be expected with being a pet friendly place, is it has a bit of a pet smell but not awful. Overall, recommend it. »

« Loved closeness to the beach! Kitchen supplies were not good, bedding poor quality, ice maker didn’t work, broken lights in master bedroom. Probably wouldn’t stay there again 😞 »

« We booked 2 nights at the last minute. The location to the beach was perfect and condo was walking distance also to a well stocked store. Check in was very easy . Owner Brendan was very quick to respond when I had a question about check in and our overall experience was very pleasant. Kitchen was well stocked with cookware , utensils , glasses ,Etc. Overall this was a very comfortable accommodation. We would not hesitate to rent here again »

« Very comfortable first floor one bedroom with full kitchen was perfect for the two of us on anniversary weekend. Step out the back door across the lawn to the boardwalk to the beach. Contactless checkin and checkout. Owner very good at providing needed information. »

« When I mapped the location, it looked like we had to walk down a road to get to the beach. The Boardwalk was literally across the parking lot from our front door. »

« This property was exactly as advertised! We needed a dog friendly place and the dog gives it a 5 star rating as well! Love the close walk to tennis facility and beach and very quiet at night. Amenities were fine...brought extra towels and paper products just in case. We will definitely rent this unit again. »

« Condo was perfect for us! Loved the screened in porch….it felt like being in a tree house! The pond it overlooks is full of wildlife including alligators. The bridge and pike paths are surrounded by beauty and nature. Inside was beautifully updated and well stocked with everything needed to prepare meals. Would love to return again! »

« The screened porch under the trees on the pond was wonderful. Was clean and reasonably well-equipped, with comfortable beds. 10-12 min walk between holes on Turtle Point golf course to the beach at boardwalk 28. Kitchen floor board needs some work, improvised sliding door bar should be replaced. Renovation of unit next door was noisy on weekdays. Communication with manager was texting or phoning Vacasa bots, which were not helpful. »

« Nice vacation property. Quite, peaceful and opportunity to get away from daily life. No street lights. So finding one's way at night is challenging. There could be better signage on roads and property direction signage can be improved. »

« Really enjoyed this property. It was clean and seems to have had some updates since the photos were posted on the site. For our quick trip, this was a perfect place to rest in the evenings. Loved the balcony on the lake. Few Cons… dresser seemed to be broken and the glass stove top had a pretty major crack in it, so I was scared to use that. Overall we really did enjoy this property and we plan on saving this one for future trips to the area. Also the owner was very kind. »
