Lovely view overlooking Cougar Point Golf Course, this cottage features 2 spacious bedrooms with a king bed in the master bedroom and a queen bed in the guest room. Beautiful hardwood flooring throughout, spacious main living space with comfortable seating that says "relax and stay awhile," and a nicely equipped kitchen to make your favorite vacation meals, and enjoy them eat-at kitchen counter or in the sunroom. Recently updated sunroom with table for four guests, and a quaint deck for enjoying the quiet surroundings.

All Greenslake Cottages are situated in a quiet, tucked away location in the West Beach Village, and in close proximity to many of Kiawah’s most treasured sights and activities. They provide a larger floor plan than other 2 bedroom villas on the island, and are single story, so there are no units above or below them, and no flight of stairs to climb.

Family Beach Trip

We had a wonderful time at Kiawah! The cottage was lovely and in an amazing location on the Cougar Point golf course. Easy bike ride to the beach, community pool, tennis/pickleball courts and to Freshfields Village for ice cream and shopping. The property manager is kind and helpful… a definite pleasure to work with. We will be back!

Hidden treasure

A very nice cottage tucked away in a shady nook on the golf course. A short and easy bike ride to the small neighborhood pool with the ocean access just a short distance from there. A quick drive to the FreshFoods area if you forgot anything.

Clean, lovely cottage

The unit was very clean, well equipped with clean appliances. Newer appliances all in great condition. Furniture and beds very comfortable with well-maintained linens and bedding. After Tropical Storm Idalia came through, the property had been cleaned up(debris, limbs, etc.) and looked like a storm never happened. Street was quiet, enjoyed watching the golfers every morning and enjoying the serenity of the view. Walk to the beach is about 10 minutes but enjoyable to take in the scenery. Overall, very, very nice cottage and I would return.

Golf View Pet Friendly

This is a lovely property for two couples or a family of four. It sits on the first hole of Cougar with a view of golfers & the gorgeous clubhouse. It is within walking distance to both beach & pool & around the corner from bike path access. This price point with pool access & pet friendly is difficult to find anywhere on Kiawah. The property is comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need. The AC works great. The reclining sofa is comfortable. The beds were fine...a little of the firm side but were fine for our week's stay. We sleep on clouds at home so just an adjustment. We spent most evenings grilling out & playing games in the 4 season room. Our furbaby was comfortable & enjoyed watching the golfers from the living room. My only suggestion is perhaps the addition of another chair in the LR as there is only seating for 3 people currently unless you bring a bar stool over. That wasn't a big deal to us bc we were rarely all in the LR at the same time. We are more active bike riding golfers & swimmers who old school boardgame in the evenings however a TV relaxing fam may need another seat. We enjoyed our stay, love Kiawah, & will return again next year.

Lovely cottage!

We had a great stay at the cottage!! It was even nicer than the photos. It was clean and stocked with everything we needed. It has a very spacious kitchen and living room area. My father was with us and has an injured leg, so the one level floor plan and reclining living room furniture were so helpful. Spent some time during a few scattered rain storms in the sunroom playing games. Kiawah is a beautiful and pretty large island with many things to do. We loved our stay.

This unit is in a great location with beautiful views of the golf course. We loved the counter seating and comfortable living room. Nice sun room as well! It's just a short walk (and even shorter bike ride) to the beach. Hope to visit again soon!

Great Stay!

We enjoyed this lovely property. It was light and welcoming. The master bedroom had a very comfortable bed, and that was a great extra (I’m kind of picky.) Watching the golfers from the pretty sunroom was fun, and the biking and beaching were great too. We would recommend this nice cottage!

Our cottage was lovely. It was a quiet area with well manicured golf course views. We were conveniently located near the beach and pool. The only drawbacks were a heavily stained mattress in the guest room (the stains looked to have been there for quite a while) and a broken chair in the living room.

Another wonderful stay at Our Happy Place!

Great house with plenty of amenities. The house is located in a very quiet section of the island which provides easy access on and off the island as well as Fresh Fields. We have rented with Susie several times in different homes in the same location and she is a pleasure to work with.

Beautiful Property

We enjoyed the condo and property. We and our dog enjoyed the golf course activity. The property was clean and well maintained. The walk to the beach is more like 15 minutes so walking our dog there was not convenient. The kitchen was not very well equipped as other properties we have rented. Basics such as scissors, large pot to boil pasta, etc., were missing and what was there looked like poor garage sale funds. I would rent again however.

Anniversary Getaway

What a cute cottage on a quiet street! The location is perfect! We enjoyed the comfortable and cozy feel of the place. The view of the golf course was serene and beautiful. The beach is close by and so many bike trails to explore. Kiawah is beautiful and we look forward to coming back and hoping to stay at this cottage again! The property manager was wonderful and made the whole process easy. We loved our stay!

Lovely Golf Course/Clubhouse View

Perfect set-up for small group or family. Beautiful updated decor; large well-equipped kitchen, comfortable bedding; and our favorite room was the sunroom where we watched golfers. Very quiet, low traffic cul-de-sac and we did not experience any noise from golfers at all. Overall it was clean, comfortable, spacious and exceeded expectations.
