The property has both a deck and screened porch for plenty of outdoor living space, two TVs with cable, high speed wireless internet, and parking for up to two cars in the driveway. There is a small charcoal grill at the property. The master bedroom has a brand new king mattress, the middle bedroom has a new queen mattress, the third bedroom has two comfy twin beds.

This vacation rental property is great for those who have trouble with steps as there are only a few leading up to the front door. It has a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a washer and dryer, linens and bath towels, a departure housekeeping service and a starter supply of paper products and detergents.

Additional housekeeping services are also available during your stay (mid-week clean or daily trash and tidy).

When you stay with ESPM for 3-21 nights (not available in low season, late Oct to mid Mar)you will receive a valuable credit of up to $210 (amount dependent on length of stay) to use toward beach gear, bikes, etc. Credit may not be available for last minute bookings, 48 hours notice is required.

Upon booking you will be sent a rental agreement to review and complete online. Your booking is not confirmed until this document has been submitted.
