'I booked this hotel as a surpise for my parents. I also booked the pick up at the airport. Wow they said they had a great experience. The pick up was great! 'Très bel hôtel avec un excellent service Mais éloigné du centre de Monbai et avec problème de bruit ( musique jusque 1h00 du matin et des 7h00 ) plusieurs jours de suite. En acceptant des mariages , l ‘hôtel devrait réserver les chambres des étages supérieurs aux hôtes non impliqués dans les marriages.'

'Excellent service and great location. Gym is excellent and so is the breakfast buffet. Check-in process very smooth at 4:30/5am in our room. Room is spacious and bathroom is equipped with all you need. Lovely fancy place to stay a few days.'

'Een paradijs voor het spotten van vliegtuigen. We hadden een mooi zicht op de tarmac van BOM airport vanuit de kamer. Op het dak, bij het zwembad, heb je een nog beter zicht op de luchthaven. Je kan er uren naar de vliegtuigen kijken die landen en opstijgen. De kamers zijn ietwat kleiner, het ontbijt was lekker en voldoende keuze. Het buffet 's avonds is ook een aanrader. Op 10min rijden van de luchthaven. De omgeving rond het hotel zelf vonden wij beetje doods.'

'This hotel is luxurious and the service is outstanding specially at the restaurants and bars. They went beyond to make you feel special. The service and the ambience exceeded my expectations. However, I would point out that the concierge front desk was not friendly, not helpful, not knowledgeable and had cold attitude.'
