Walking Distance to Keystone Conference Center, Mountain Views

This 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo sleeps 12 with a king bed, a queen bed, two bunk beds, and two twin beds. It features a wall of windows offering beautiful mountain views. The two-level design is perfect for large extended families allowing kids or grandparents to head to bed early downstairs. Ideally located near Keystone Lake so you’re just steps away from shopping, restaurants and a short walk from the Keystone Conference Center. Guests of Decatur have access to the East Lake Clubhouse that features a pool, hot tub, and sauna.

You're also within walking distance of the Mountain House Base Area lifts. Guests can choose to use the walking and biking path where they can reach the lifts in 8-10 minutes. Or you can take advantage of the resort shuttle and reach those same lifts in 2 minutes or the gondola at River Run in 6-8 minutes. The resort shuttle stop is conveniently located right outside the complex.

The entryway has mounted hooks, a bench and a closet for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. Head upstairs to the spacious living area that offers mountain views through a wall of windows. There is a brand new 55 inch smart TV next to a beautiful wood-burning fireplace. Comfy furniture is perfect for curling up in front of a roaring fire. Take advantage of a quiet meal with a two-person bistro table or enjoy a game night with friends and family with the custom game table.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features granite countertops and black appliances. The dining area is set off from the main living area and comfortably seats six people and there are two additional seats at the breakfast bar. There is a guest bathroom on this main level. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

There are two bedrooms on the main level. The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed and a flat screen TV. There is a cozy chair next to the large windows offering scenic views. The en suite bathroom has granite counters, double sinks and a door separates the shower/tub combination and toilet area for added privacy. The first guest bedroom features a queen-sized bed, a mounted flat screen TV and its own access to the guest bathroom.

Downstairs are the other two guest bedrooms. The second guest bedroom features two twin-over-full bunk beds and a flat screen TV. The third guest bedroom features two twin-sized beds and a mounted flat screen TV. There is a guest bathroom on this level as well. It has a single sink vanity with granite counters and a door separates the shower/tub combination and toilet area for added privacy. The private washer and dryer is also located downstairs. Laundry detergent is provided for your convenience.

*The property owner offers a 2018 Chevy Tahoe for rent from Denver International Airport during your stay, if you are interested in using this vehicle, or have any questions please refer to your guest guide provided after booking.

Overall a great stay. Parking was a little bit of a challenge, as was loading and unloading the condo. Aside from that, I would definitely use this VRBO again.

We enjoyed our stay. It was spacious for our group of 8. Kitchen had all the essentials we needed to cook. The only complaint would be there is only one parking space provided. The shuttle pickup is close to the condo so that was a plus. Communication was timely and helpful.

We had a small family vacation for Fall Break and visited Colorado. The condo was very cute and had an amazing view and location. It was an older condo building but everything was kept up well and a perfect place to relax and have fun for all ages.

It was an amazing place to spend quality family time. I highly recommend one of the best properties in this area. However, I should mention that the internet is slower here. Apart from that, it is the perfect place for families, offering spacious living spaces and numerous rooms at an affordable price.

We went to celebrate my son‘s 31st birthday. We enjoyed the view the place was clean. There was everything except a blender, but we manage. We had a little problem with the toilet, but maintenance came and fixed it the same day. I would really recommend this place clean plenty of room. Thank you to everyone it was a great birthday weekend for for me and my family and we would definitely come back again.

Our mini family reunion of 6 adults, 2 young adults, and 3 kids was quite comfortable in this cozy condo. We had everything we needed. The indoor pool, hot tub, & sauna were a great perk. Great location! Loved the nearby lake with paddle boating and other fun activities. Would definitely return! Love the beauty of Keystone!

We have come up to keystone every year for five years. We Absolutely love this Comfortable, clean, well stocked Condominium. People in these ski towns are always so friendly and helpful. Fishing is great, our kids love the pool and we love the hot tub.

Our 2 family group rented this Condo for our 7th annual ski trip. PROS of the rental: - The condo was spacious enough for our group of 9 (4 adults, 5 kids ages 12-16). - Location is 5 minutes drive to base of keystone. - Pool/hot tub/sauna was nice. CONS of the rental: - Kitchen was on the smaller side for the size of the condo. - microwave was broken. It started sparking and making a terrible noise with our first use. We called the management company and a new microwave was swapped out for our broken one . - There is a shuttle that drops off on property, but we never used it because after waiting once for over 30 minutes, we just decided that driving our rental car was easier. - BEWARE OF THE PARKING POLICY: Only 1 parking spot for our 4 bedroom condo: The VRBO listing did NOT say that their was only 1 parking spot per condo… it only lists parking as an amenity. The management company admits that they did.not reveal the 1 spot parking limitation on their VRBO advertisement for this rental. Instead, they argue that they emailed me a link to an informational packet about the rental condo 30 days before our check in date… they claim that buried in this link is the notification of only 1 parking spot ( it doesn’t matter how small or large the condo is, apparently the Keystone HOA made a decision that each unit only gets 1 parking spot). I pointed out that the cancellation policy required that I cancel 60 days ahead of time, and thus the management company should have contacted me at least more than 60 days in advance with their “informational email”. My point is: Just be upfront/honest about the limited parking! We had to pay an additional $25 per night to park 1 of our rental cars approximately 3/4 mile away from the condo.

We had 7 adults stay in this property. It was clean, very quiet and spacious. We loved making a fire in the fireplace and it was wonderful that the building had wood available. The poker table was fun to gather around and play cards or games. Our group utilized the shuttle to the lift (Peru) one day and it was very easy. The shuttle stops right outside of the building. The shared hot tub was OK, much better when it wasn’t busy earlier in the day. The only negative was that we were only given one parking pass and had to find parking for our second car in a paid lot each day. We would recommend this property and would stay here again!

This trip was everything and then some! The customer service was excellent. The property owner/manager was always there to answer any questions I had and in a timely manner. The condo was very spacious and had an entertainment system that was just perfect! I truly enjoyed my stay and would recommend this property if you’re looking for a beautiful view and space for everyone. The pictures don’t do enough justice to how beautiful this place was. Thank you.

The condo was amazing, and there was tons of room. Everyone had their own bedroom, which was very nice. This place would have been perfect, but I think Covid-19 just messed everything up around the property...it seemed nothing was open anywhere. Nothing in Keystone was open. Other than that, it was an awesome get away. Plenty of firewood for the fire place too, that was a plus. Would recommend!

We booked this property last minute when we walked into a different VRBO and it was already occupied. Decature is a great location. This property was perfect for our friends and family trip. We loved the poker table. We felt safe for our teenagers to walk around outside. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. Love the layout. We will stay here again sometime if available. This worked well for our large party of ten. The location was close to Keystone Lake, but also very close to the highway. The traffic noise at night was quite loud, but ear plugs helped. We had to scramble one night when we took our dinner to the grills and there wasn’t an ounce of propane anywhere. That was frustrating, especially with hungry kids. . Overall the check-in process was very smooth and the management company was responsive when the power went out for 4 hours. It was a large outage that had nothing to do with them or the house, but they were communicating, which was nice. One suggestion would be to add a chain or security lock to the entrance door. The bunk and twin rooms are on the lower level with the entrance door, but everything else is upstairs. Our young kids (3 and 6) were staying downstairs and I was worried they’d walk out the main door in the middle of the night if they woke up lost or confused. A chain or security lock would be a simple way to fix that. The number of storage closets in this place is very impressive. We didn’t need them for our short stay but they’d be nice for a longer vacation. No shortage of space, that’s for sure. Overall this place is what I expect from mountain houses. A little dated and tired but clean and functional. Not sure we’d stay again because of the traffic noise, but otherwise it was fine.

When have done this annual father and son ski trip for 4-5 years now. This was by far the best place we have stayed at yet. The space and layout are ideal for multiple families!
