Ski-In/Out Keystone Condo - Closest to Gondola

Who says you can't have it all? Great location, great king bed, great kitchen, great bathroom, great views? Yep!

We've upgraded this 1 BR condo for the 2024/2025 ski season to make it the ultimate spot for a Keystone trip. You'll enjoy everything about this condo, from the heated underground parking to the soaring ceilings of this top-floor unit. After your day on the mountain, you can choose to relax with the new 4K TV, soak in the hot tub, or enjoy Après in River Run.

Living/Dining Area:

This 1 BR condo can sleep up to 6, with a brand-new luxurious king-sized bed, a queen-sized pull-out sofa bed, a rolling fold-up twin cot, and a bean-bag full bed. Please note that while the condo can sleep 6, it's not the ideal size for 6 adults.

The 4K TV has a huge number of cable channels for your live TV fix, as well as a Roku box for you to enjoy your favorite streaming services.

The dining table seats three and there are also 3 stools for the bar. The condo has board games and books if you're looking to relax after a day in the mountains.


Kitchen:

The kitchen is stocked with all the tools you need to cook while you’re in the mountains. The kitchen appliances include a refrigerator with freezer, microwave, high-powered induction stove, dishwasher, oven, toaster, and both Keurig (K-cup) and standard coffee makers. My wife and I have differing opinions on the taste of Keystone tap water; you're welcome to use the Britta pitcher in the fridge if you agree with her.

We also have an assortment of basic seasonings and ingredients. Feel free to check with us if you're wondering about a specific thing. And keep in mind that there's a City Market (Kroger) on your way to the condo from I-70.


Ski Locker and Parking:

Black Bear features an underground heated parking garage where you can park one car while staying here. If you need to bring a second vehicle, there are paid overnight parking lots in the area.

The #8075 ski locker is the closest condo ski locker to the gondola in all of Keystone! Please note that while the condo can sleep 6, the ski locker cannot fit ski/snowboard equipment for 6 people. Please do not bring ski equipment or boots up to the condo, as this is forbidden by HOA policy. If you need additional locker space and don't want to use your vehicle in the garage, there are paid options in the River Run area.


Additional Notes:

The condo has slope views and catches some nice sunsets. It's on the 4th (top) floor.

There are multiple EV charging stations in the garage. They're free to use for guests at Black Bear.

Check-in time is 4:00pm and check-out time is 10:00am. We try to let guests know if the cleaner finishes before 4:00pm and they can get in early, but we're not able to guarantee an early check-in.
