Mountain Views from Private Balcony in this Ideally Located River Run Condo!

This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom sleeps 4 with a queen bed and queen sleeper sofa. It features a private balcony with mountain views. Ideally located in River Run Village so you’re just steps away from shopping, restaurants and local festivities. Plus, you're a very short walk from the high-speed gondola. Silver Mill offers shared amenities including a sauna and three hot tubs.

The entryway has mounted hooks a bench for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area has a flat screen TV above a beautiful gas fireplace and cozy leather furniture. The sofa pulls out into a queen-sized bed for additional sleeping arrangements. Extra sheets and blankets are in a closet. Just off the living area you have access to the private balcony that offers mountain views.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and the dining area comfortably seats four. The full bathroom has a pedestal sink, a shower/tub combination and is stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. The bedroom is just across the hall and has a queen-sized bed and offers mountain views.

Please note: To reserve this property, the reservation holder must be at least 24 years old at the time of booking.

Better toiletries. The toilet paper and tissue paper were terrible. The lotion was watered down and the soap was very cheap. The couch and chair had stains all over them. The faucets were plumbed wrong. You had to turn the tub and kitchen sink to cold in order to get hot water. Definitely pay for convenient location with this rental as the rest was sub par.

Very nice

Overall, it was a wonderful stay! We were unable to take a warm shower the entire stay- morning or evening didn’t matter. The water was really cold. Other than that, great location, communication, etc!

Great place to stay for wanting to be on-property at Keystone. Clean condo, cable TV, was able to cast my YouTubeTV, good WiFi. The unit has 2 keys to a single ski locker that can hold 4 sets of keys. The complex has 3 hot tubs and 1 dry sauna too. Highly recommend.

Nice condo at Keystone

Great for our 3 night stay. Didn't cook so can't speak to the kitchen set up but the coffee pot was perfect. Walking distance to several restaurants / bars / shops. We were there in July so not as busy as during ski season. Beautiful area!

Great location to ski!

We loved the convenience of this condo! There was only a short walk to the gondola. The hot tubs and the parking were super accessible and it was clean and as promised. When we had a small problem with the fireplace, the property manager had texted us if we needed anything and we texted back and they came and fixed it within 30 minutes which was amazing service. Would stay again.

We enjoyed our stay overall, and the place is super cute and clean! It's right in the center of keystone village, and there are so many fun activities and restaurants open in the summer. We happened to catch a free concert in the village, and it was really nice to not have to drive afterwards. Our dryer broke the day we were driving up, so we were pleased that there were laundry facilities on-site that take credit cards. There were a few downsides: - Guests don't have access to the fitness center - We weren't granted a late check out. Certainly understood that the maid needed to get in to clean, but 10:00 am seems kind of early and the 4:30 PM check in seemed pretty late. - It took us a loooooooong time to figure out that the check in place was a drive away from the condo and even longer to find the parking garage. They do include instructions in the app, but we were super tired and stressed - that was a pain. Overall, it was a lovely little trip and I'd recommend the place!

This stay was amazing. The apartment was super cute and in a great area. There was an issue with the fire place and they were very responsive. Lots to do around there. Only issue is there was one closet with hangers and cleaning supplies and no other storage. If i was not by myself I would have had a hard time finding places to put my things but overall would definitely book again!

Fantastic resort-like location

Perfect location for a getaway, whether you feel like staying in and relaxing, or making a day trip to Vail, Breckenridge, or Dillon. Check-in, parking, and access to amenities was super convenient. Food, shopping, pool, and hiking is literally right outside the door. It was busy, but I wasn't bothered by noise from neighbors. There was a Keystone festival going on right outside at one point. The music was loud so some may have found that annoying, but it was over well before I wanted to sleep. Everything was clean and worked great. A scenic North-facing view from the balcony was relaxing. Would definitely recommend!
