The heart of this home lies in its kitchen, a culinary haven equipped with stainless steel appliances, 6 burner Viking stove top, pantry space, and a comfortable seating area. The open design allows for seamless flow from the kitchen to the back patio, making it effortless to host gatherings or enjoy quiet family meals by the pool. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
On the second level, you'll discover a generous king primary suite, boasting cathedral ceilings and an abundance of closet space, creating a serene retreat. A delightful guest bedroom with a queen bed completes this level, featuring access to a private rooftop terrace that overlooks the inviting pool, perfect for unwinding at sunset or enjoying morning coffee in solitude. Both rooms share a full bathroom with a shower. A powder room resides on the first level. The poolside cabana can be your 3rd bedroom offering additional sleeping arrangements on the full sofa sleeper, and includes a TV, mini fridge, sink and microwave as well as easy access to the outdoor shower!

OUTDOOR LIVING…
Step outside to discover a relaxing pool area, with canopy that can be removed. Poolside cabana offers a versatile space featuring a flat screen TV, wet bar and a cozy seating area that easily transforms into a pull-out sofa bed, ideal for hosting visiting friends and family or enjoying a peaceful afternoon by the pool. Pool is heated in cooler months, and upon request for any month.

PARKING...
This home does not have designated parking but there is on street parking in the surrounding neighborhood.  Please refrain from parking in spots marked “residential”. Guests may also park at the Old Town Parking Garage which offers daily and monthly rates.

PETS...
Pets are allowed up to 45 pounds, and a pet fee is required. Please check the box that a pet is coming in the guest count and include the size and breed when inquiring.

CANCELLATION...
Bookings canceled at least 90 days before the start of stay will receive a 100% refund.

Cancellations inside of 90 days may receive a refund if we are able to re-rent any or all of the dates of the stay. The refund amount is dependent upon the rate of the new reservation. For multi-month reservations for January through March, a refund will only be offered in the event we are able to re-rent. The refund amount is dependent upon the rate of the new reservation(s).
