RV has Kitchen with new stove/oven, kitchen utensils, Keurig coffee maker, rice cooker, toaster, etc. Sleeps 4 adults or 2 adults and 3 kids comfortably. Bed sheets and bath/pool towels provided. Just bring personal necessities. One bathroom/One bedroom with closet dresser and bunkbeds. Futon in living area and dining table. 2 TV's with cable. Large deck outside furnished with BBQ grill and mini refrigerator for your comfort. There's an adult heated pool/kiddie pool and a kids playground.
Guest access
Guests can access pool, and kiddie pool, kids park, beaches, marina. To reserve marina slip contact main office 305-451-1431.
Other things to note
Please check in at the front desk when you arrive. You will be given a gate card to the campground. Make sure to return it when you check out as the office will charge you $50.

Office is open from 9 to 5 pm.

Security is available until 10 pm. Note their hours can change.

RV has extended living/dining room area renovated and fully furnished. Full kitchen with stainless steal appliances - kitchen utensils, Keurig coffee maker, rice cooker, and just added a wine cooler. Sleeps 6 people comfortably. Bed sheets and bath towels for 6 people. Just bring personal necessities. One bathroom/One bedroom with large closet. 3 TV's with cable & internet. Wi-Fi available. Large deck outside furnished with BBQ & stove gas grill. Bring your bikes or use ours.
The space
Campground has a convenient outdoor breezeway with Wi-Fi access along with full public restrooms just across our unit. walk across the street to the pool an kiddie pool plus kids playground. Bring your boat maximum length is 25 feet and park it in our unit or leave it in the boat dock at the marina for a fee charged by the campground. You can get more information regarding marina fees at the front desk. For convenience, you can also clean your fish right at the marina. Campground also offers Ice and a little shopping store. For fun you can also picnic at the beaches, play shuffleboard and volleyball.
Guest access
Guest have access to swimming pool and playground. Just cross over and you're there. Guest will also have access to Laundry Room.
