KCB is where you want to be!

Having been to Key Colony Beach for 5 years in the winters we loved the location of this home with its access to the 7th St. extra wide canal with no homes directly across from it in the back and the 9 hole golf course across the street to the front. An added benefit of staying there was that the owner recently installed a small pool/spa where we spent an hour or more everyday. The property amenities are accurately presented in the description and the pictures show off all the cozy home has to offer. We found the property owner to be very friendly and responsive to questions and to solving the minor issue or two we encountered.

This Vrbo was awesome.. We had a wonderful stay.. It was perfect size place for Two people.. (or would do great for a family with 2 children) Alfonso was so responsive and also called to check on us to see if we needed anything!! He also gave great suggestions about restaurants.. We also rented the electric car..It was a huge plus for getting around the neighborhood, to the beach, sunset park, etc… (highly recommend renting the car) … The only slight down side was closet space.. But we made it work.. So much fun! We would stay here again for sure! Thank you Alfonso for a fantastic week! Kathy and Kevin

Lovely Area!

We had a wonderful stay at this home and really enjoyed all of the amenities of the area where it is located (Key Colony Beach). The people were friendly and welcoming. We played tennis, enjoy the Gluntz Club pool and beach and especially enjoyed the nightly tradition of music and song at Sunset Beach. The home owner, Alphonso, was very responsive and answered all of our questions. He offered us many ideas and suggestions for restaurants in the area.

Key Colony Getaway

We decided to go to the Keys at the last minute. Fortunately we found this wonderful rental. Our host, Alfonso, was so helpful. He made sure we knew about great restaurants and all the things he had available at the house. The cutest par 3 golf course is just across the street. We loved our time in Key Colony and would definitely rent this house again.

Key Colony stay was the best !

My wife and I went to the keys for the first time and stayed at Alfonso's place to fish and relax. This place was absolutely the best , we had a boat dock with a lift for our boat that Alfonzo let us use and the patio and back yard looks out to the open canal. Communication with Alfonzo was great , we even got a courtesy call mid week to make sure everything was ok and to see if we needed anything ! Location was great, check-in was great and our stay was great .... we will be back and will only stay at Alfonso's Place !! Joe & Irene

Wonderful week at KCB!

Alfonso was wonderful to rent from. He is very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. His house is well appointed with anything you could need. It also came with beach club passes that we used daily. It’s a quick drive to all local restaurants. We really enjoyed our vacation here. Highly recommend!

Fathers Day week

Had a wonderful week at this property! Spent the week with my daughter and friends. The house was awesome. Just as advertised. Owner was very cordial and communicative. KCB is a great place to enjoy the keys. Location is perfect for fishing, dining and exploring the keys. Will definitely stay here again!!

Great vacation house, advertised as 2br but really has 3 sleeping areas so could accommodate the 6 easily and comfortably. The map on vrbo is a little off location but address pulls right up.

Fun Getaway

We enjoyed our stay on Marathon. The outdoor space is wonderful for sitting and having coffee after breakfast. We used the grill to cook out. It is in easy walking distance to several restaurants and Sunset Park. The indoor space is fine. A lot of interesting lighting.. Furniture is comfortable, but space is ar a premium. The kitchen area is very tight so don't plan on doing a lot of cooking in the space. Alfonso was very responsive to questions and needs. Marathon is a great launching point for an adventure in the Keys. Overall it was a fun vacation and Alfonso's place helped make it that way.

The property was very much as advertised. The pictures were representative and, overall, we thought it was a good value for the type of property and the location.
