'Overall, we loved the location of this place… It was so convenient to slap town, the beach, CVS, and getting in and out of town… We visit TC every year, so it was nice to not be in such touristy spots… The bed was extremely comfortable and the set up was very nice. Just a note that it is the lower level, so you will hear the people walking around downstairs. Also, it is an old house that has been rehabbed, so the bathroom does have certain aspects of it that are still that of an older house. But...

'Property was as described and pictured! Easy check-in/check-out process. The only thing that differed from the description was the fact that there was not a complimentary left foot charley seasonal cider for us! Otherwise it was a nice stay. '

'My family and I enjoyed our stay. It was very nice gor my husband and I to be close to our famy, yet have a little space at the same time! House was fully stocked, and beds were comfortable. Very easy check in, and the host is very responsive. Highly recommended!'

'This was a great place to stay. The unit was spacious for our family to relax. The location was very convenient! It was an easy walk to several beaches and the shopping and dining on front street, but set back just enough that it was still quiet. We enjoyed the rooftop in the evening and could even hear some live music from the heart of the town. '

'House was situated a perfect distance from many major areas. Quiet street and lake. Note: appears that this lake is a “no wake” lake and public ramp is NOT made for real boats on trailers. That being said, it was perfect for paddle board or kayak. We had brought our own inflatable boards but house had one already waiting along with an inflatable kayak. 'The location of this house was perfect. We could hear the outdoor band from the Boyne City Tap Room as soon as we stepped outside. Walked to a few different bars, and walked to breakfast each day. Only downside was the air conditioning unit in the bedroom broke before our last night, and it was unseasonably hot, so we had a hot night. Otherwise, this was the perfect space for a weekend getaway!'

'Great place! It was clean, comfortable and in a great location to walk or short ride to local restaurants. The beds were very comfortable, kitchen was well stocked with basics to make it easy for us to prepare breakfast in the morning before we head out for the day. Landon was a great host, quick to respond to questions prior to and during our stay. We would definitely stay here again! '
