« The hotel offers large and comfortable rooms right on the shore of Lake Seneca, at a walking distance from downtown Geneva. There are very nice lake views and access to a beautiful lake promenade. HOWEVER, the lack of staff can be felt throughout the facilities. Our rooms (my party had 3 of them) were never serviced, even though we asked three times to have fresh towels and coffee-making supplies. We had to ask at the desk for towels and supplies, but the promised room service never...

« The property was a beautiful place to get a to go coffee and walk the lake. The rooms were nice and clean. We did have an issue with a dog across the hall barking incessantly. The staffing was mostly amazing. There was one front desk lady that wasn't friendly at all, but I didn't catch her name. The other two ladies and gentleman we spoke with were awesome. The bartender could be a bit more attentive. Seemed more interested in speaking to someone who they obviously knew than taking care of...

« As soon as we arrived, the clerk told us how to get to our room, but it wasn't clear. The manager took care of us to show us our room. His purpose was to sell us the dinning facility, and he was a little too pushy for me! The driveway to the check in had a big hole which was easy to fix temporarily with a bag of gravel rock! The front door of our room was filled with sticky leaves from last fall. The environment around the Hotel is splendid. »
