'The room was clean and even though we were near the elevator, it was very quiet. The staff were excellent and very professional. They had one of the best breakfast setups. I have seen for that type of hotel. Both the fitness room and the pool were more than adequate for my needs. I have traveled extensively and would book this hotel without a second thought.'
'Staff was awesome. Reasonable rates, just going to the bathroom at 1am seen 2 roaches in the sink, in the bathroom. Seen them, not for me, so left in the middle of the night.'
'The property could use upgrades. The bathrooms are in need of new grout, maybe new shower/tub, ceiling, & there were no amenities, like cups.
The floors are vinyl/hardwood look alike. I felt like I should wear shoes or socks all the time. No carpet. Not even low pile kind.
My son left a couple of items behind by mistake. They said I had to come back & get them. What? No offer for shipping! What the heck! What are travelers supposed to do? I would pay for shipping.

'La verdad es que la estancia dejó muchísimo que desear. La piscina no estaba funcionando, lo cual fue la primera decepción del viaje. Al entrar a la habitación, el televisor tampoco servía. Para rematar, al ir al baño me encontré con varias arañas y tuve que matar tres por mi cuenta; una falta total de higiene y fumigación.
