'The room temperature has to be controlled from the front office . The room temperature was up and down whole stay. Even though we to call the front office couple times per day, the room temperature was up and down and not comfortable. The environment was cozy and calm.'

'Door jamb was damaged (door kicked in, long crack in wood) and deadbolt could not latch. Stagnant water in non-working freezer, had a smell. Shower barrier cracking near faucet pull. Missing bulbs in bathroom light...hazard if gets too steamy. Room (#25) should have been rotated out of service. Staff seemed eager to shove me out the door.'

'Even the smallest hotels give two complimentary water bottles. Here, we didn’t get any, and they didn’t even have tap water available downstairs.'

'No smoking room stinks of smoke, a lot be of dust and dirt on floor and expecially under the bed.. it’s near the airport so it’s very loud eith the planes, but we expected that. The only good thing about this nasty place was the Denny’s next door.'

'Impossible to cancel reservation I made reservations through Expedia to stay here for a trip to visit family. Note at the time I made the reservations there were no notices that the reservations were refundable. Up to this point I've never had an issue with a hotel in which I couldn't cancel the reservation and get the full refund as long as the cancellation was made in advance of the check in date. A week after making the reservation, we got word of a family emergency and I immediately...

'Great stay. Cleaner than I expected and the price was somewhat fair compared to surrounding hotels and apartments. The room had a stove, fridge, TV but it wasn't a smart tv with all the apps and no HDMI but that wasn't an issue for me. The staff was very helpful and it was pretty easy checking in. I checked in very late around 11:30pm and the front desk lady was very helpful in getting me situated. Thanks'

'Room was clean, staff were great and friendly and helpful. Although I didn’t eat at the restaurant the food looked good and it was always busy. I would stay here again if travelling to Chicago. The train station was close by and using the shuttle service was easy and efficient to get to and from the station.'

'There was no air conditioning that I could manage, just a fan that was dirty. There was no fire alarm. The hot water came out as a trickle.the staff was polite and nice but I found it odd that I received the remote for the TV along with the key.the neighborhood seemed decent, however I was propositioned by what must have been a drug dealer to see if I wanted any coke, heroine, or weed. He also had a difficult time trying to get out of a parallel spot in front of my car and I feared he would hit...
