Built as a home for a local family in 2019 they added a glorious swimming pool with split level dining and sitting areas and plenty of shade. A newly constructed brick built BBQ is located to the rear of the house, with easy access from the kitchen and a gated children's play area is tucked into a shady corner.
Set over two floors this family house offers three generous bedrooms, one on the ground floor with adjacent shower room and two upstairs with access to the upper floor balconies and views of the surrounding area and over the pool. The large open plan living room offers very comfortable and stylish furnishings and patio doors leading out to the shaded front terrace overlooking the pool, with dining area and fully fitted kitchen.
Parking is off road with a covered parking area for two cars right next to the house. Villa Magnolia is fully air conditioned, with WiFi throughout, large flat screen TV and all modern facilities.
